Pros:

Pertíssimo da estação de trem e da área central de Sorrento. Para acessar o Porto leva-se uns 15min andando e ainda precisa pegar o elevador ou acessar por escadas, mas ok. Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel bonitinho e aconchegante. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Elevador bem pequeno e barulhento. Um dia não estava funcionando. Box pequeno e ducha fraca.

Great location near the station, comfortable room, and great value!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nice!

Location & Logistics:
The location is unbeatable if you're traveling by train—it’s extremely close to the Sorrento train station, making arrival and day trips along the coast super easy. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free.

Rooms & Value:
Our room was clearly recently refurbished—clean, fresh, and modern, which made for a very comfortable stay. Considering Sorrento prices, it offers very reasonable rates and excellent overall value.

Good to Know
The Elevator: Be prepared for the lift—it is hands-down the smallest elevator I have ever seen! It definitely gets the job done for your bags, but it’s a tight squeeze.

Fantastic location for train station, shops & restaurants
Pros:

The location was excellent. We arrived by coach & the station was at the train station. Hotel was just across the road.
The decor was lovely, rooms very comfortable & staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The lift. On arrival we had to go up to our rooms one person at a time with 1 suitcase - it was so small.
I know with older buildings updating lifts can be impossible but it was definitely a negative

Nice hotel but be aware of the stairs
Pros:

The hotel is in a very central area and is well connected to the most important places in Sorrento. The room had a nice balcony, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were assigned a room on the third floor although the elevator only gets to the second one. We were traveling with some heavy luggage, which we had to carry by hand up to the last floor. Also, the elevator is quite small and not so comfortable. We would recommend future guests to ask the facility about it in advance.

Breakfast wasn’t included (for an expensive price). The room was not soundproof. No water provided.

Cons:

There was an awful smell. Really bad. Explanation, when I asked, it is the pipes. Couldn't eat breakfast because of it. The smell was everywhere.

Excellent location good breakfast.
Pros:

This hotel looks nice and clean. Very close to the center. Breakfast was served with full of food.

Cons:

There was a bad smell at the lobby coming from the restaurant nearby. Because of the cheese that they sold in the restaurant, we didn’t like it.
