AQUA Hotel Promenade & Spa

I have to say this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip! From the minute we walked in til we checked It was amazing, beautiful, clean and more then we expected! The view was breathtaking from our room and lots of restaurants around and just a few minutes walk to the train station. The hotel staff were kind attentive and welcoming including the cleaning service daily. They went above and beyond and made my daughter’s birthday even more special and memorable! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to go back again one day!

We stayed at Aqua Hotel Promenade & Spa for 8 nights and had a really enjoyable time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job, as it was nice that our room was always spotless and it was nice coming back to a freshly made bed after being out. The restaurant staff also stood out as meal times were well organised and everyone was friendly and attentive.

The Christmas Eve dinner was a highlight for us. It was a set menu with lots of courses (I think five), and it genuinely felt like the meal just kept coming out in a good way! It made the evening feel special and festive.

Most nights there was live music, which we really enjoyed. It was a relaxed way to end the day and a few nights turned into a fun singalong atmosphere.

I also want to mention the daytime activities, because they added a lot to our stay. Xenia ran several sessions during the day (we joined yoga and also the jute bag painting) and she was brilliant — friendly, energetic, and bilingual, so everyone could follow along easily. She communicated to us in English and to others in Spanish or Catalan. She also appeared as an elf on Christmas Eve, which was a lovely touch.

We had a sea-facing room, which we would definitely recommend if it is available. Overall, it was a very nice break and we would happily return. We would recommend the hotel to couples or families looking for a relaxing seaside stay with good food, entertainment and genuinely kind staff.

This was our first trip abroad together after almost 20 years. We left our childreb with their grandparents in Scotland.

From the minute we stepped in the hotel, we knew we picked a great hotel. The decor is very modern and very relaxed. The workers on reception were all very friendly and informative.

We booked the penthouse suite. We were absolutely blown away at how truly wonderful this space was. The view was amazing from the balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom offered a big shower and a "his and hers" sink. Although it was very cold at night, we did use the bath tub and watched the stars. It was magical.

There was plenty variety at breakfast, something for everyone. We dined in the diner once at night and it was fine, although we preffered the italian restaurant next door.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the spa facilities as we just couldnt find the time between our other plans. Hopefully we can use this next time!

Stayed here while travelling with the Travel Department. Everything was 100%. The staff are very pleasant and very hard working. Really hope management see that too. Great Italian Restaurant next door is also part of the hotel. The guy who makes the pizza's is very entertaining. I'll be back.

I don't know why this hotel gets good reviews we had a Seaview room but outside the hotel was a busy road and next to that a busy train line trains running about every 20 minutes from early morning to late at night and what a noise if you like to sit by the swimming pool all day and get a tan you won't here the area is in the shadow allday the gym is large but not like the picture there is no multi gym food was average at best staff not the friendliest just got on with the job would I stay here again no

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Great welcome on arrival, we were made to feel very welcome.
The hotel was very clean as was our penthouse suite, which was very comfortable and spacious with a big outside bath tub.
The breakfast was superb as was the evening buffet option.
On departure, we were offered the use of the luggage room and spa showers, if we wanted to continue to use the pool area or beach.
We would definitely go back here.

Just perfect, fabulous location, fabulous hotel and food and topped off by use of the spa and treatments from the fabulous Eva. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent hotel, accommodating staff and beautiful location.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of anything you would like to have for. The assortment was changing a bit every day.
The room had everything required. The balcony is very nice to spend some time relaxing. The cleaning was good.
The swimming pool area is cozy, but there are not much space. But we prefered the sea in any way. The beach is very close. Please take into account that the sand is more like small rocks, so walking barefoot can be a challenge, but there is a walkway.
There was no noise from the trains I was afraid of, so the sleep quality was very good.
I would like to mention the geat personal on the reception. They were really helpful with any request we had, and always friendly.

Aqua hotel prominade and spa is an excellent hotel right in front of the beach.
My room was a junior premium suite, with a big comfortable bed. The rainfall shower was superb. And a great sea view.
The food was great with plenty of choice, with both breakfast and dinner.
My only negative was the pool area, it didn't get any sun , so I sunbathed on my balcony.
I couldn't fault the hotel staff , they were very helpful and the room was cleaned every day
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay . Thank you so much .

Very good hotel.
Good breakfast and lunches and dinners. The restaurants around this town aren't very good, but the food here it is fantastic. Try to get half board it is a good value. Large room and comfortable beds. The beach is in front but you need to hire the chairs separately. In low season it is about 20€ per day. The spa is not bad good massages by Laia. The train station is just in front.

Had a lovely week in Aqua promenade from fist arriving to the moment we left the reception staff were so helpful & helped us with every question we had, the room was very spacious we had a street view & sea view which was a nice surprise, bear in mind it is by a train track & you do hear the trains from 6am but they finish before 11.30pm the surrounding area is very Spanish with lovely reastarants & cafes to choose from, the entertainment was lovely to hear starting at 9pm in the adjoining reastarant, breakfast was very nice lots to choose from, we only had dinner once & enjoyed the choose of food (but ate to many of the delicious cakes) the hotel was very clean & you get a towel to use at the beach & pool which can be changed daily, the beach is just across the road under a underpath & the train station 5 minutes walk away we took a trip to Barcelona thanks to Rosita from reception for all her information, so overall yes I would defo return to this hotel if ever visiting again

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel.
Nous avions séjourné une fois avant sa complète rénovation et maintenant deux fois depuis.
L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre familiale très spacieuse et confortable.
Concernant l’accueil du personnel tant à la réception que dans la partie restauration et même le personnel de ménage, c’est un sans faute !
Les personnes sont à la fois très agréables et avenantes à notre égard.
Il est évident qu’à l’avenir nous ne manquerons pas réserver à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Just stepped off the plane after a fantastic four nights at the Aqua Promenade hotel.

Everything was excellent from the check-in to leaving. They were spot on.

On arriving, we were checked in by an absolutely fabulous lady on the reception desk called Ari.

Ari couldn’t do enough for us and always had a fantastic smile and really helpful attitude. She deserves employee of the month.

The rooms were has shown on the pictures and were spotless with a nice big balcony although we had the poolside view not the beach but that was also okay.

The food was varied every single day and everything was flavoursome so anyone that complains about the food is just being way too picky.

There was only one downside, which is there are no drinks at dinner time and you have to pay for everything including water which is a little bit crazy. That’s made more confusing by the fact that you can actually get wine at breakfast but no drinks at dinner.

The spa is excellent with a cold and hot pool a Jacuzzi a dry and steam room along with a lovely swimming pool.

I’m checking out as we were leaving early. They gave us a packed lunch that we could take to the airport

A big bonus is that they have some entertainment on every single night and I have to say each night I went down there to see the entertainment me and my friends finally enjoyed it

The beach opposite the hotel was fantastic with lots of space lovely sand and you can get a drink on the beach too.

I’ll definitely come back to this hotel

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, on entend tout, le téléphone qui vibre dans l’autre chambre, les bébés qui pleurent, les gens qui ronflent on entend absolument tout. Hotel très familial avec beaucoup d’enfants, note ment dans la piscine. Sinon

In our experience this is the best hotel in Pineda da mar! We have been here 4-5 times staying at different hotels and by far this is the best especially now as they have added spa facilities, we stayed in a penthouse suite which you can only book through them direct? Which has a terrace sea view sun-beds and an umbrella. We got give a suite on the side of the building which wasn’t to our liking as the room was small and had a side sea view,So we spoke to the reception about changing rooms and they said we have another suite to look at so we did loved it as it was bigger and had a front view and changed straight away! Nothing seemed to much trouble which is nice to know when your away they booked us a taxi home give us advice on tours and trips the evening and breakfast buffet was very nice and has so much choice. It is in a great location for all the Resturants and has a train station across the road which you can go to Barcelona one way and girona the other which is very cheap?
