Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom.Torinonak igazán jó környékén van, nagyon jó közlekedési lehetőségekkel.

A reggeli felülmúlta minden várakozásunkat, friss,ropogós volt minden pékáru,minden igényt kielégítő bő választék volt.

Un bellissimo hotel e posizione ottima per raggiungere l'Allianz Stadium. Colazione molto buona e varia.

Cons:

Camere ok, ma vicino al letto non c'era la presa per il cellulare. (Se c'era può darsi che non l'abbia vista perché nascosta dal comodino). In terra c'è la moquette, che personalmente non amo. Ma è un parere personale. Il bagno molto funzionale, anche se l'interno della porta era un po' sciupato e da un 4 stelle non me lo aspetterei, ecco..

Hotel davvero molto bello e curato. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La stanza era bella, pulita e ben organizzata, con tanti piccoli dettagli che ho apprezzato: block notes e matita, ciabattine, kit con saponi e cuffia in bagno, oltre a bustine per tisane e bollitore in camera.

Cons:

Al momento del check-in ci è stato detto che la colazione sarebbe stata disponibile fino alle 11, senza specificare che l’orario prolungato era previsto solamente per il giorno successivo alla partita. Di conseguenza, il secondo giorno ci siamo presentati alle 10, convinti di essere tranquillamente in orario, ma la colazione era già terminata, essendo prevista fino alle 10.
Il personale, molto gentilmente, ci ha offerto del caffè e due cornetti rimasti, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato, ma siamo comunque rimasti molto male per la mancata comunicazione dell’orario corretto.
Una maggiore chiarezza sulle informazioni fornite al momento del check-in avrebbe sicuramente reso l’esperienza migliore.
