Worth a stay
Pros:

The hot tub and pool was great. The location was perfect

Cons:

The breakfast was cold and not much there at 830am. It should be hot and stocked until the posted end time of 9am

While we knew about ongoing renovations, we didn't expect them to start at 9am

Very pleased. Would stay there again and recommend it. Perfect for beginning a wine trail tour!
Pros:

Dining area was pleasant, clean and well cared for. Staff monitored the offerings to see they were filled. The selection was more than expected and very good.

Super location across from the visitors center. I would stay here again. Very convenient to winery.
Pros:

The location was super with access to main roads and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was handy and good.

Cons:

When we arrived there was one half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were able to pick more up at the desk. There was a mass of some type of insect in the corner of the ice machine room. The towels in the pool were little more than washcloths. Housekeeping did not make the beds.

Very welcoming and clean
Pros:

Perfect location. Hotel is close to water. Very affordable. Proprietors are kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean.

Pros:

Pool was closed for part of the time and cold on Saturday, hard to get help, door to room wouldn’t always open.

Great location with a nice staff
Pros:

Staff friendly, breakfast was good

Cons:

Not enough towels in the room. The bed had giant indentation in one side. Felt like I was sleeping in a crater

Disappointment
Pros:

Was disappointed in the stay as the hotel did not measure up to Hilton / Hampton Inn standards.
On a chilly day the room temperature was 65 degrees upon arrival.
The room was “worn” with carpet and furniture that needs replaced.
A desk chair so torn-up that it should have been put out with the garbage.
A bed that did not meet the Hampton Inn standard.
No one at the desk in the morning.

490 dolloars for one night. This place overall lookes like motel 6. There was a cockroch in the bathroom. Not acceptable at all

Disappointing
Pros:

Booked a King Room with Hampton. When we checked in, we were told only a Double Queen was available. They acknowledged that we book a King but it was changed with no explanation in the system. We stayed in room 312 which was in poor condition. There was mildew in the shower, the vanity was very water damaged, bed foundation sounded like broken springs and the desk chair was in disrepair. Not worth the $469 a night charged.
