Odamiz temiz degildi. Daha once biri kullanmis banyoda kullanilmis havlu vardi. Her seyin uzerinde su lekesi ve toz vardi.

Odadaki klima cok fazla ses cikariyordu. Oda cok sicakti ve klima bir ise yaramiyordu. Klimayi acinca da sesten uyunmuyordu. Genel olarak cok eski ve kirli hissettirdi bu nedenle otelden erken ayrildik.

Amazing hotel. Staff very professional and welcoming. Restaurant amazing. Views to die for. Extremely good value for money.

Odalarda buzdolabı ısıtıcı vs yok, temizlik konusundada 5 yıldızlı bir mekan için zayıftı

Pazarlama için kullanılan görsellerle odanın kendisi arasında büyük fark var, temizlik güzel değil, ısıtma Sistemi güzel değil, alt kat soğuk üst kat sıcaktan yanıyor. Bir daha konaklama için tercih edeceğim bir yer değil

2023'te ilk konaklamamızda, manzarası, temizliği, konforu ve çalışanlarıyla çok beğendiğimiz bu otele 2. gelişimizde maalesef çok memnun ayrılmadık. Eskisi kadar temiz olmamakla birlikte, çalışanlar değişmişti. Bir de üzerine sıcak su kesintisi ve uzun süren bir tamir süresi oldu. Manzara dışında maalesef çok da tavsiye etmiyorum.

Very nice hotel in a more peaceful neighborhood of İstanbul away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It is hard to stay in a room closer to the Bosphorus! Staff is professional and responsive.

The hotel was very elegant with a beautiful view facing the water. The room was very clean, all the staff were very polite. The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. All the workers were so attentive and kind, great customer service!

This waterfront property on the Asian side of the Bosphorus Strait is elegant, peaceful, and historic. The staff could not have been more accommodating in arranging tours and excellent dining options. All in all, this was a very relaxing spot from which to explore the Kanlica neighborhood and Istanbul, set among beautiful homes, parkland, and of course the waterway connecting the hotel to downtown Istanbul. We would especially like to commend the Reception staff of Levent, Berkay, and Orkun for their attentive service and responsiveness!

The hotel is located at the Asian side of Istanbul, the view from the room is amazing, the hotel is quite and lovely to stay at, I would like to visit again in the future for sure.

The Ajia is on the Bosporus with dining by the water. Beautiful, breezy place with large clean rooms.

Everything was great just as expected

Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda konfor açısından yeterliydi ama bir su ısıtıcı ya da kahve makinesi eklenebilir. Yalı ve paşa suiti olmasına rağmen modern tarzda dekore edilmesi şaşırttı. Balkonun zemini biraz yükseltilirse ya da sandalyeler daha yüksek olursa manzara çok daha keyifli olabilir. Biz ilk fırsatta tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Tavsiye ederim. 😊
