Pros:

The furniture was swollen with water damage, floor needed cleaning, area felt unsafe. The smoke detector started beeping at 1am low battery and did not stop, I only got 4hrs of sleep and I asked for a refund but the attendant just said that she would let someone know.
Will never stay there ever.

Good location. However, the hotel is outdated, hallway carpet is old and dirty. No elevator. No iron in the room, I had to give them my ID to use an iron. Outdated bathroom. I got what I paid for I guess but I won’t be staying here again.
I stayed 4 nights, my room was never cleaned. Didn’t get new towels and trash wasn’t taken out.

Front lobby has limited staffing if you have a problem with the room or key. I had a plumbing problem in my room & had to wait all night & even at 5am which were the posted hrs. to open, the doors were locked & noone was there until 5:30am. The grounds had trash & cigarette butts at parking entrance.

The area is not very safe. Lots of homeless and the staff on night shift are not very friendly whatsoever. But the hotel was comfortable and the staff in the morning. The following day were actually very nice. So it was a give and take.
