Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Il est parfaitement situé , le personnel est très agréable et disponible . Le petit déjeuner est excellent varié du salé du sucré , parfait. La chambre confortable bien équipée bien décorée, la literie parfaite. seul bémol les bruits de l’extérieur, nous étions côté rue et le passage des tramways tous les quarts d’heure ne passe pas inaperçu et rend l’endormissement un peu plus long, mais le séjour et l’accueil restent de qualité et nous reviendrons sans problème .

Highly recommended hotel to stay in Turin!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located right in the vibrant heart of everything, it’s near all the top attractions. The front desk staff are exceptional—especially Christian, who went above and beyond with my requests and even upgraded our room for my partner's birthday on arrival, along with Soheila, Lorenzo, Edoardo, and bar staff Joan (John). The rooms are beautifully maintained and luxurious. The breakfast blew me away with a huge variety of delicious options. The service is outstanding, with staff like Sarah truly caring for guests. An unforgettable, exhilarating stay!

Great choice if your priority is location.
Pros:

Location could not be better. Literally at the heart of the city’s historic centre. The rooms where really nice, modern with all necessities. Really nice breakfast. The rooms were very quiet.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower came after leaving it running for like 5 minutes! Also, there were issues with the elevators and we were situated on the 4rth floor. Not the boutique hotel vibe I was looking for.
