La posizione dell'hotel in pieno centro, la professionalità del personale ed il grado di pulizia della struttura.

Cons:

Un po' di rumorosità di troppo la notte per via della posizione della struttura con il passaggio di mezzi di trasporto fino a tardi.

Torino è stupenda, molto pulita e soprattutto centro storico ben collegato grazie ai portici.
Pros:

La colazione con buon assortimento, divisa in varie stanze (salato da una parte e dolce vicino al bar) il cibo fresco e diciamo non eccezionale ma per tutte le esigenze. Sicuramente la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la posizione dell'Hotel e la gentilezza dello staff.

Très belle chambre, un peu bruyante, super emplacement et personnel très sympa notamment à la réception

İyi lokasyon için seçilir.
Pros:

Otelin konumu iyiydi. Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Yatakları rahattı. Lobide su ikramı güzeldi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı çok vasattı. Hem içerik hem de sunum ve ortam daha önce kaldığım Indigo otellerine göre oldukça yetersizdi. Bayat yumurta ve ekmek servis ediliyor. Çok basık bir alanda resepsiyon yakını mutfak önü sevimsiz bir mini salon vardı. 1 gün hiç kahvaltı etmek istemedim otelde ve dışarda kahvaltıya çıktım hakkım olmasına rağmen. Oda sabah 7.30 itibariyle tramvay geçişi nedeniyle gürültü almaya başlıyor. Banyo dekorasyonu ve duş yeri iyi değildi. Banyoda tuvalet kokusu olmaktaydı.

На нашу річніцю весілля нам готель зробив апргрейд номеру для нас. Ми дуже задоволенні були. Готель гарний, приємний сервіс. Уважний персонал до прохання гостей.

Superbe emplacement et petit-déjeûner.
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien placé dans le centre historique. Proche des principales attactions et de rue piétonnes.
Le petit-déjeûner est complet avec des fruits frais.
