Pros:

Camera accogliente e colorata anche se di piccole dimensioni. Letto molto comodo (è per questo che abbiamo dato 7). Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili.

Cons:

Organizzazione degli ambienti (reception e sala colazione) completamente sbagliata. La finestra del bagno non permette un adeguata privacy e temperatura. La camera dà su un cortile interno dove si affacciano vari condomini. La vista quindi non è delle migliori. Colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità. Durante la colazione inoltre, con una musica a tutto volume alle 7 del mattino, la responsabile ha richiamato in modo poco rispettoso un giovane cameriere.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato buono, ma per una struttura a quattro stelle questi dettagli dovrebbero essere curati
Pros:

Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato molto piacevole: struttura curata, personale gentile e servizi generalmente all’altezza di un hotel quattro stelle. L’esperienza è stata positiva sotto molti punti di vista e l’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che ci ha lasciato perplessi riguarda il bagno della camera. Era chiaramente un bagno predisposto per persone con disabilità e, pur comprendendo l’importanza dell’accessibilità, risultava poco funzionale per un utilizzo standard: mancava una mensola o un piano d’appoggio dove poter sistemare oggetti personali o il trucco.
Inoltre abbiamo riscontrato alcune piccole ma significative mancanze nel servizio: il sapone per il bidet era presente il primo giorno ma non è stato reintegrato successivamente, e gli accessori (come le cuffiette) erano forniti solo per una persona nonostante la camera fosse per due ospiti.
L’aspetto più spiacevole è stato però l’odore sgradevole persistente nel bagno, probabilmente dovuto alla mancanza di un adeguato sistema di aerazione.
