La ubicación es magnífica al igual que el personal. Tiene varias actividades para hacer y aunque es un poco antiguo está en buenas condiciones y tiene su encanto. Además la limpieza es excepcional.
Nada
Quintessential Muskoka - beautiful scenery - easy to find - close to Port Carling - rooms (2) both very clean and comfortable - large newly updated bathrooms- amazing shower with hot water - lots of parking - helpful and friendly staff - nice beach with chairs and watercraft
It’s great value but a little tired here and there but easily acceptable for value. Well worth the price to be on beautiful Lake Joe.
Went to the lounge on a rainy Sunday evening for dinner on reco from neighbour. Was very under whelming. Ordered appt Caesar salad - way too much dressing and tiny for $20. Chicken bowl was small for price - taste was ok, but again not anything to write home about. Smash burger and brisket sandwich better value. Save your $$ and go to Bala Falls Pub or Long House on the reserve or Clear Lake Brewing. Won’t be going back.
The hotel has a good location, but there were some problems. First, the air conditioning vent in the room was broken, the airflow couldn't be adjusted, and the cold air blew directly onto the head of the bed. The bedside lamp was also broken. We had dinner at the restaurant that evening, and the staff were very rude. Because they were about to close for the day, it took 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and we waited half an hour to eat. We stayed in room 613 for one night and were checking out at 11 am the next day. The staff said there would be a hidden fee of $30. I booked through Booking.com, and the $352 double room price already included everything; I don't think there should be any hidden fees.
La naturaleza alrededor y el lago. La posibilidad de usar el lago con la canoa.
Habitaciones un poco viejas. El servicio en el bar lentisimo (40 minutos para unos nachos e una hamburgesas).
The mattres was fine.
The pillows were uncomfortable.
The property had a nice room and we were lucky enough to have a partial lake view.
The property needs some upgrades in parts. While elements were lovely, it could do with some investment to bring it up to a higher standard.
Beautiful, well-maintained, accessible.

Läget, privata stranden, roddbåtar, tennisfaciliteter, andra lekar
Extremt många myggor. Tror att boendet skulle kunna göra mer att hålla dem borta åtminstone från uteserveringen
Nice Resort with some Significant Issues
1) If you plan to eat at the resort make sure you reserve a table even if it is only at the bar as they might turn you away. Also expect delays as their priority is their fine dining not someone ordering bar food. Watched as a few people ask where their food was when sitting at the bar for drinks. Also experienced lack of etiquette from manager on a busy Sunday night who couldn't even come and explain why there were tables at the bar area but no staff to serve them. Left it to hostess who is a summer employee.
Also they have signs that say no Dogs on beach but if your not a dog lover then stay away as no one ensures this rule is enforced. From a customer who went every year to a customer looking elsewhere.
