I had requested two single beds in advance. However, at check-in I was informed that no room with two beds was available.
• The overall cleanliness was average.
• Bathroom amenities (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs) were not replenished.
• Although it was a double room, housekeeping replaced only one towel on several days instead of two.

La camera aveva dimensioni adeguate ed era dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali: armadio spazioso, cassaforte, TV e bagno con vasca. La pulizia è stata curata quotidianamente, con regolare cambio della biancheria. Unica piccola nota negativa il letto, leggermente rumoroso. Nel complesso, comunque, un soggiorno piacevole.

Pros:

Tutto il personale incontrato è sempre stato molto gentile .
La posizione dell hotel è molto comoda ,è più o meno a una ventina di minuti a piedi da tutto

Cons:

Le tende della camera era troppo fine appena sorgeva il sole la stanza si illuminava completamente e nel bagno non era presente lo scovolino per il Water

İki oda tutmuştuk ve bir tanesindeki arkadaşlarımız ailevi sağlık nedenleri ile gelemedi. Otel geri ödeme yaptı. Bunu herkes yapmaz. Müşteri odaklı güzel bir yaklaşım. Otel lokasyonu çok iyi. Her yere yakın. Kahvaltısı orta-iyi arası. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Oda çok kötü kokuyordu. Sanırım kahvaltı ve diğer yemek kokuları geliyordu. Banyodaki tavandaki ve küvet altındaki havalandırmaları havlu ve kağıt ile kapatınca koku gelmedi. Aslında önemli bir konfor sorunu ama neyseki kendimiz çözebildik.
