Pros:

Location was good, security was good and staff were helpful. Was nice to have tuktuk for T21 and MRT.

Cons:

Very old and outdated. Pool was very small and under repairs, refrigerator was SO loud, A/C was underpowered so it made a lot of noise but didn’t work well, furniture not comfortable, water took forever to heat up in shower, breakfast was limited to very basic items. Pillow was uncomfortable. Had to buy a room freshener because of the smell.

​บอกเลยว่าการมาพักที่นี่ครั้งนี้ ทำให้ผมเข้าใจคำว่า "ความสุขแบบพอดี" มันเป็นยังไง! ใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักย่านสุขุมวิทที่ไม่ใช่แค่โรงแรมสี่เหลี่ยมแคบๆ แต่ต้องการพื้นที่ที่หายใจได้ทั่วท้องเหมือนอยู่บ้าน แถมยังได้มาตรฐานการบริการระดับโลกของ Accor ต้องอ่านรีวิวนี้ให้จบครับ

​ก่อนจะไปดูห้องพัก ผมต้องขอเปิดด้วยความประทับใจที่สุดก่อนเลย คือ "การบริการ" ครับ ต้องขอชื่นชมตั้งแต่ General Manager (GM) ไปจนถึงทีม Marketing และพนักงานทั้งหน้าบ้าน-หลังบ้านทุกคนจริงๆ ครับ

Space & Function ห้องสวีทหนึ่งห้องนอนที่นี่กว้างขวางมากครับ มีระเบียงให้ออกไปสูดอากาศชมวิวเมือง

Fully Equipped มีครัวที่ทำอาหารได้จริง อุปกรณ์ครบ และที่ผมเลิฟมากคือ มีเครื่องซักผ้าในตัว ตอบโจทย์สาย Long-stay หรือคนที่ไม่อยากพกผ้ากลับไปซักที่บ้านสุดๆ

Pet Friendly..ใครมีลูกรักสี่ขา น้องหมา/น้องแมว ที่นี่เขาเปิดโซนชั้น 2 และ 3 ให้เข้าพักได้ด้วยนะ On request ถูกใจพ่อแม่มือใหม่แน่นอน

Breakfast.. เป็นแบบ All you can eat ที่พนักงานจะมาเสิร์ฟร้อนๆ ถึงโต๊ะ พร้อมเมนู Recommend จากเชฟที่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนทานข้าวที่บ้านจริงๆ

Lunch..มื้อกลางวันเป็นแบบ A La Carte ที่รสชาติถึงเครื่อง ทั้งไทยและตะวันตก แนะนำให้รีบมา เพราะเค้าเปิดถึง 14:00 น. เท่านั้น

​🏊 Facilities & Convenience ครบจบแบบไม่ต้องออกไปไหน

Rooftop ชั้น 14.. วิวเมืองอโศกแบบฉ่ำๆ มีทั้งสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้ง ฟิตเนส ซาวน่า และสตรีม ครบสูตรการพักผ่อน

Shuttle Bus มีบริการรับ-ส่งไป Robinson และ BTS อโศก ทุก 30 นาที จ.-ศ. 09:30-16:00 / ส.-อา. ถึง 17:30 น. สะดวกมากไม่ต้องเดินให้เหนื่อย

Walkable to café and restaurant, quiet, good air conditioning. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was very nice and if you have a pet, there is an outdoor area to sit and eat.

Cons:

No area to really walk your pet unless you go out on the street. But this is typical in that area, not the hotel's fault.
