Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, la camera era confortevole e pulita. La colazione è stata uno dei punti di forza: ricca, con un’ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato, tutto di ottima qualità. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei con piacere!

Hygiene not as expected
Pros:

The location is the best thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Me and my sister both developed severe itching, redness, and swelling on our skin during our stay. We stayed in other hotels during the same one-week trip and had no skin problems before or after this hotel.

The hotel refused to take any responsibility or properly address our concerns. The staff were also not friendly, and no one explained the hotel’s facilities or amenities when we arrived.

Overall, poor customer service and a very unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

Base perfetta per soggiornare a Rimini.
Pros:

Hotel abbastanza vicino alla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Rimini, comodo ai mezzi pubblici.
Molto elegante, stanze luminose con ogni confort fra cui la scelta del tipo cuscino, personale molto gentile.
Nota di merito ulteriore la colazione che offre dolce/salato con ottime torte fatte in casa e centrifugati di frutta.
La base perfetta per Rimini.

Friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to Rimini train + metromare station and around 10 minutes walk to the nearest chain supermarket for supplies. Parco Federico Fellini also only 20 minutes walk. Staff allowed us to check in an hour early, and they were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. Room was a decent size for 2 people, and there was also a mini fridge, air conditioning and a TV in the room. Plugs were available beside each bed, and near the table/counter top.

Cons:

Duvet covers for the beds could have been thicker and shower area was a little small
