La atencion del personal y la super limpieza del hotel.
The hotel is nice for the area of La Union and there isn't many options better than the Comfort Inn. It's very quiet and has nice view of the water from the pool area. Not walkable to any places, so you definitely need a car/taxi to get into the center of La Union. Breakfast buffet was okay and just your "tipico" Salvadorian breakfast.
TV didn't work, so nothing to watch during the night when in my room. The check-in took forever when it wasn't busy and alot of things were missed or not explained to me at check-in. Again, nothing at the hotel to do other than the pool, so a car is needed to get around.
The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.

Que no está en la playa y la piscina estaba sucia
El desayuno es básico. Muy bien en cuento a las opciones sanas de alimento pero pudiera mejorar y dar más alternativas y ok eres más a la vanguardia en relación a otras cadenas. La atención del personal en cocina muy bueno al igual que en recepción.
La habitación no estaba del todo limpia. Encontré basura debajo de la cama y lo reporte con fotos enviadas al WhatsApp. En el baño, la tasa del inodoro tenía una tapadera que no era de la medida del asiento. Por lo que era incómodo para su uso, además que no se sostenía, es decir, al levantarse se caía siempre, no quedaba arriba.

Que programen eventos privados y cierren la zona de la piscina para los huéspedes, además del ruido que genera el evento,el cuál no deja de ser molesto.
En nuestro caso el evento finalizó a las 11 de la noche; lo que nos motivo a buscar cenar afuera del recinto.Menos mal el "evento" finalizó "temprano"..
El lugar está bonito en general, pero el ruido en la habitación por la noche es terrible, ni siquiera sugirieron devolución de la mitad o algo, sino se pudo ni dormir
Nos dieron una habitación que sabían que afuera tenía una máquina que hizo ruido toda la noche y no nos dejó descansar y cuando reclamamos solo se disculparon y si sabian, pero nos dijeron era la única habitación disponible. Creo que nada les costaba advertirnos de eso y así decidir si dormir ahí o no. Solo necesitábamos la habitación para dormir y no pudimos hacerlo, súper mañana experiencia.

The restaurant menu
The smell of our double suite had a moldy smell and the television area was dirty. Another room which was being used by my mother and aunt had a stranger walk in on them during the night from a side room which wasn't properly locked. The outside pool had lots of mosquitoes which made it hard to enjoy the pool area. The waiters at night weren't pleasant and took their sweet time tending to our table. When we asked for sauces or other drinks they seemed to bother by our requests and had a negative attitude. In the morning we were treated to a take out option for the inconvenience of the night before...but unfortunately, they didn't ask our dietary needs and gave us sandwiches with ham which we couldn't eat since we don't eat pork.
