The towel stinked, and was hair in it. Not only once. It was disgusting.

Le petit déjeuné est très industriel, certes il y a du choix mais la qualité des produits est à revoir.
Les plats du restaurant sont très décevant pour le prix. C’est une cuisine de cantine. La finition des chambre n’est pas soignée.

The hotel is clean and has everything that you need.
I like that there is a restaurant across the street with reasonable prices and good food.
We did a lot of traveling in Europe. For a small fee, we were able to keep our luggage there for one week. We took one suitcase with us while traveling to Europe, then came back for the other two suitcases prior to boarding our cruise ship in Ravenna.
I find this kind of Service to be extremely helpful.
Especially if you’re going to Venice for a few nights. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs by the bridge. Having only one luggage was very helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and answering any questions that you may have.
I love the red chandeliers in the lobby. Took some nice photos there.
I would like it if they had an indoor or outdoor pool. An indoor pool & jacuzzi would be even better because it can be used year round.

Room is very spacious with enough room for four adults. The beds are queen size. There is a mall with many restaurant nearby.
There was not enough towels in the room when we checked in. The staff provided extra towel promptly after we requested them.
