Good service from staff especially at check in and during storm problems.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Weather related issues caused some difficulties as card keys and elevator service did not work.

It was fine for what it was. No business office- disappointment. Took too long to figure out tv.
Pros:

The young evening ladies were terrific, check in, overnight brisk, Carleen in the morning was terrific

Cons:

Crack in my hallway door between wall and door. should and light.

Cons:

Air conditioner and refridge were noisy. Elevators were out of service and had to carry luggage up a flite of stairs to the second floor. Worst breakfast we've had at any motel. Not much choice. Scrambled eggs were in a pan half full of water
Sausage fair. Potatoes didn't even look like potatoe s had a gray color. Will never stay here.

Cons:

We came to York for my mother's funeral and were to receive a $10 per night discount for the Sikes Family Memorial, arranged by my brother Steddon Sikes who lives in York, NE. For some reason we never received the discount. And we stayed both Friday and Saturday nights with you.

Functional & Convenient
Pros:

We greatly enjoyed staying here . The bathroom is oversized. The shower is quite large and they had nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles affixed to the wall. The vanity is open underneath and has plenty of room. The bed was firm and comfortable . The entire property was ultra clean . The front desk staff were salt of the earth ladies. The breakfast was typical and good .

Great place, but...
Pros:

Beautiful facility. Staff was fabulous. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Toilet wouldn't flush when we first got in he room. Called front desk, she was alone and couldn't come right up so we plunged it ourselves, even though she offered again. She was very busy. Toilet still didn't work.
Then, husband and brother took showers, no soap, shampoo, in the bottles. Disappointed.
