A very pleasant 2 nights in a nice hotel
Pros:

It’s a very pleasant hotel close to the main square, restaurants, bars and all the attractions. The room was very pleasant. The was very comfortable and it had a very effective mini bar for cooling your drinks in.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was a little expensive considering it was rather limited. No baked beans, which I like, and the fresh fruit was limited to pineapple only. Also I prefer mini jars of jam to the preserves which are available. But the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant.

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig, vooral de dame bij het ontbijt. Ze werkt hard en heeft oog voor de gasten.

Cons:

De bedden zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Mooie locatie maar had meer van de kamer verwacht.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie en ruime kamer.

Cons:

We hadden de suite geboekt, daar deed de kachel het niet en moest er verwarmd worden met elektrische kacheltjes. (Daar wist het hotel van want de kacheltjes stonden er al.)
Ruime kamer maar erg eenvoudig ingericht. Geen plankjes in de douche om je shampoo op te zetten.
Kortom van een suite had ik meer verwacht.

Disappointed in our stay overall. Wasn’t great value for money.
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

We had to change room because when we checked in our original room stank of cigarettes!

The replacement room was smaller and wasn’t very clean. The carpet wasn’t properly vacuumed and it had an ugly stain as well. There was a rentokill white box for vermin control under our bed which was very off putting.

Quite a noisy room so bring your earplugs.

Our room faced the street and you could hear the "young ones" making their way home around 4.00 a.m. Next time we will ask for a different room 😊😊

fijne lokatie, perfect ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

behulpzaam personeel , ik had een minder valide kamer nodig met verhoogd toilet maar die waren al bezet... toen ik uitlegde waarom kregen we een extra ruime kamer met een badrand waarop ik kon steunen en inloopdouche.. fijn dat er flexibel mee omgegaan werd.

de man achter de balie gaf ons ook extra bestek mee toen we eten lieten bezorgen, en het ontbijt was erg goed .

we kozen voor het hotel omdat we nog langs de expo in Teylers museum wilden, dat is om de hoek !

we komen vast nog eens terug

inhad eerder om een minder valide kamer kunnen vragen , nu werd het toegezegd maar bleek het al bezet.
