Prima hotel in hartje Haarlem.
Pros:

De ligging is natuurlijk ideaal zo midden in het centrum van Haarlem.

Cons:

Voor de prijs en de allure van het hotel is het ontbijt wat soberder. Vreemd opgesteld, soms weinig keuze in het brood en slechts 1 koffiemachine voor de hele ontbijtzaal. Bij drukte sta je zo 5 a 10 minuten in de rij voor een kopje koffie bij het ontbijt.

Friendly hotel in a lovely location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and Haarlem is a lovely place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room facilities were good at the price. You have a choice of a shower or a bath. Both are fine. Breakfast in the hotel was enjoyable. We have stayed here before and will gladly stay again.

Personal an der Rezeption ist in der absoluten Spitzenklasse. Mehrsprachig, hilfsbereit, freundlich, effizient.
Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist hervorragend. Tiefgarage unterm Hotel

Prachtig hotel in hartje Haarlem

Prachtige locatie in het centrum van Haarlem, mooie ruime kamer en badkamer en mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten. Schoon en gezellig! Liften naar de diverse etages. Goede airco

Cons:

We hadden een kamer op de 4e etage, dat is de bovenste etage. Toch veel lawaai van de straat tot diep in de nacht. De raamisolatie zou dus beter kunnen. Jammer dat veel toeristen naar Haarlem trekken, omdat Amsterdam onbetaalbaar wordt. Dat drijft de prijzen in Haarlem ook enorm op. 280 euro voor 1 nacht voor 2 personen vonden wij echt heel duur.

Älteres Stadthotel mit Charme...
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der schönen Haarlemer Innenstadt. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum shoppen oder in ein schönes Restaurant zu essen. Es ist alles perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer und das Bad sind geräumig. Hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus gebeten, was auch geklappt hat.

Das Frühstück war gut und hat für uns alles geboten, was wir mögen.

Leider hat uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Es hat nur geregnet, so dass wir früher abgereist sind.

Cons:

Eine Möglichkeit des Parkens ist vorhanden. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Parkhaus, welches aber pro Tag mit 43 euro zu Buche schlägt. Wir haben uns nach einem günstigeren Parkhaus umgesehen, welches 17 euro pro Tag nimmt.
Weiterhin soll es einen kostenlosen ikea Parkplatz bisschen außerhalb geben.

Cons:

Toen we om 1 uur 's nachts terug kwamen van Haarlem live hebben we een kwartier voor de deur gestaan. We bleven maarcaan bellen. Uiteindelijk kwam de receptionist eraan.

Super verblijf in fijne centrale accomodatie, met beetje pech met weer.
Pros:

Prima verzorging, excellente ligging, vriendelijke service

Cons:

Niets in het bijzonder. Beetje pech met luide langdurige ruzie precies onder kamerraam, maar uitstekend ingrijpen receptie na onze melding.
