Pros:

Great location just off the Grote Market. Friendly, helpful staff, room larger than expected. Nice bar and good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location
Pros:

Room was spacious and very clean
The bath was a great addition too!
Staff were very helpful
Great central location

Cons:

Haarlem was slightly busier than we expected for such a sweet town so there was a little noise late at night from the bars locally. Could be an issue for a light sleeper

Dommage pour le parking !
Pros:

L’emplacement, la machine à café et le personnel.

Cons:

Pas de parking dans l’hôtel. C’est un parking public pour un prix de 36€ . Exorbitant !! Pas de place réservé par l’hôtel ce qui est inadmissible…sachant qu’il est juste en dessous quasiment !

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens! Ruhig, zentral und im Herzen der Altstadt.
Empfang freundlich und unkompliziert. Zimmer recht groß, Bad modern und geräumig. Ausstattung ok. Sauberkeit gut. Das Personal war durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser hätte m. E. bei den Preisen drin sein müssen. Immerhin gab's guten Kaffee!

Pitkän viikonlopun viettoon täydellinen valinta - kaikkea löytyy läheltä.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli maukas ja ajoittaminen rauhoitti ruokailuajan. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Helpot kulkuyhteydet. Rauhallinen hotelli nukkua.

Whole package! Terrific location, clean rooms, and helpful staff.
Pros:

Wonderful location!!! Nice and clean spaces. Rooms had everything you need. We enjoyed a view of the cathedral from the window in our room. Fast elevator but also beautiful stairs. Pleasant and helpful staff.
