Very Poor, would never stay there again
Hotel was dirty, carpet were old and dirty even in the bedrooms.
Dispute speaking to the Hotel they informed me the day before that due to an emergency the room I had booked was no longer available. Whilst accepting events can happen it appears this hotel has not been available for sometime so why are they allowed to keep advertising it ? In fact although on inspection the Hotel was closed with a sign on the door the Rooms were still advertised on booking.com as being available! Surely that should not be allowed!
What are the company who own these Hotels up to and why does Booking.com allow it?
I understand from booking.com that if you have booked a room on their site which is no longer available you can demand a room elsewhere at the same quality or better and not pay any extra.!
If this happens to anyone I suggest they contact Booking.com and take advantage of that offer it might then discourage rooms being advertised that are not available.
