Établissement ayant du potentiel mais peu entretenu
Pros:

À proximité de la plage proches de tout ce qu'ont pourrait avoir besoin
Petite déjeune assez varié et bon

Cons:

À revoir matelas peu confortable ( matelas dur )
Lavabo qui fuit , porte de douche totalement inutile , lunette des toilettes défaillante.
Niveau propreté peu mieu faire , plein de petit détails qui peuvent faire la différence

Pros:

Breakfast has a good variety.

Cons:

The place has lots of space, and each building is nicely placed on a steep hill. If you want to go out, you'll need to call reception to get a car to pick you up. The hotel only has two cars ( semilar to golf cast), so during busy times, you might wait over 15 minutes.

Rien seul le monsieur qui ouvre la barrière était sympathique

Cons:

Chambre sale drap investé de petite larve ma femme a fais une réaction allergique avec plein de bouton sur tout le corp. Personnel désagréable qui font mine de ne pas comprendre ce que l’on dit . Changement de chambre avec une vue sur les autres chambres pas d’eau chaude malgré les multiples relances. Hôtels pas entretenue escalier et monter interminable pour accéder aux chambres (les navettes ne sont pas toujour la) je déconseille fortement ne vous faite pas avoir sur les 5 étoiles de l’hôtel .

The stuff were so rude refused to check in us till we had big discussions many customers was complaining in the reception, room found dirty the bed sheets as well

Dålig, frustrerande
Cons:

Redan från början blev vi bemötta med dålig attityd och dålig service från personalen, vilket gav ett väldigt dåligt första intryck.

Därefter ville vi gå till vårt rum, men då fick vi veta att vi måste vänta på en buss som skulle hämta oss upp och ner från rummet – något vi inte hade en aning om i förväg. Ibland var det så illa att man fick vänta upp till 40 minuter innan shuttlebussen kom.

Vid ett tillfälle skulle en gäst följa med oss upp i några timmar, men då ville personalen ta betalt 1200 baht, vilket kändes väldigt orimligt.

Allmänt ett dåligt ställe helt ärligt – rekommenderar inte.
