Un séjour au TOP à l'hôtel Andamantra
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé, j'avais une chambre vue mer sans l'avoir demandé, la vue était fabuleuse!
Les membres du personnel sont aimables, souriants et serviables.
J'ai eu un problème avec la porte de ma terrasse, il a immédiatement été réglé.
Les piscines sont top ( ma préférée est celle avec les beaux éléphants roses et la cascade ).
L'hôtel est propre , pas les touristes indiens ou chinois hélas et c'est compliqué pour le personnel de suivre les clients partout pour nettoyer derrière eux .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas super bon, il peut être amélioré.

I stayed at this hotel from February 12 to February 24, 2026, and it was the most shocking and unsafe experience I have ever had.
Initial Impression vs Reality: On the first day everything seemed acceptable, but from the second day onward, all service stopped. No room cleaning, no toilet paper, and despite repeated requests at reception, we were left without toilet paper for three days.
Basic Services Denied: For two full days there was no electricity and no air conditioning. My elderly mother (70 years old) and my children (ages 5 and 15) suffered badly in the extreme heat without AC.
Unsafe Facilities: The bathroom roof was broken, with water dripping from the ceiling. Staff came only to take photos but never repaired it. In 12 days, our bed sheets were never changed, and the room was cleaned only once.
Staff Behavior: The hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive. When guests asked for basic services, staff fought back, shouted, and even threatened to call the police to arrest us. This is unacceptable behavior toward paying guests.
Health Hazard: At the end of our stay, my mother, my two sons, and I all developed high fever (39–40°C) and severe diarrhea. We had to fly home immediately, and during the flight our condition worsened. Upon arrival, we were rushed to the emergency hospital. Tests confirmed we had contracted a serious infection caused by undercooked chicken, eggs, and contaminated water. We are certain this infection came from the hotel, where breakfast every day was only chicken with no alternative options.
Financial Loss: We paid 103,000 THB for 12 nights, but instead of comfort, we received a dirty environment, aggressive staff, and serious health damage.

Pas propre il font le ménage un jour sur 5 et il faut le réclamer en plus! Peut être que sa leur semble pas normal! 20min pour ouvrir une chambre car la carte pour ouvrir ne marche pas! Appelle le matin à 10h pour le checkout alors qui me semble que c’est à partir de 11h!! Bref à fuir !! Vous n’êtes pas en vacance dans cette hôtel. Et pour couronnez le tout j’ai fais une réservation au 31 mars hors qu’on été en janvier je leur est demander d’annuler si possible car moi c’était avec frais, il mon dis de faire la demande a booking j’ai fais la demande et l’hôtel a refuser bien sûr jetait déjà parti du pays! Donc je peut rien faire 150€€ perdu!!

Nul le personnel ne comprend rien j’ai ma carte bleue qui c’est fait avaler par le ATM je n’en ai jamais revu la couleur il s’en foute complément de votre état je suis enceinte je faisais que vomir il mon fait le chek-in à plus de 15h. Le ménage c pire que tout une fois je les ai vu à l’ouvrage elle ne nettoie rien juste elle essuie avec les serviettes horrible horrible horrible vraiment je ne recommande pas pour le même prix vous pouvez accéder à beaucoup mieux
