As a mandatory check in requirement, all foreign nationals and nonresidential Indians need to present passport and all Indian nationals need to present photo identity card at check in. Valid ID proof are voter ID, driving license and passport. PAN card is not valid ID proof and will not be accepted.
Swimming pool timing will be 7 am to 8 pm and swimming pool users must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pool. Clothing such as cutoffs, gym shorts, and underwear is not permitted as swimwear.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Tutto struttura pulita staff gentilissimo adatto agli standard di noi Italiani lo consiglio vivamente e ci ritornerei volentieri

És un hotel situat prop del centre però sense el soroll i la gentada. Bon barri. Segur i tranquil. Les habitacions són espaioses i netes. L'esmorzar té sobretot plats indis i algun de continental. Té un bon restaurant.
El personal no ens ha ajudat en cap de les coses que els hem demanat, ni en llogar un taxi fins l'estació, ni en fer una trucada a un restaurant per una reserva. A més a més, en ocasions, ens han indicat incorrectament.
La piscina és molt petita i té molt poca estona de sol. Està a la planta baixa en un pati interior de l'edifici. No permet nedar-hi gaire ni poder-s'hi relaxar.
Hotel is not in a busy area which is good to by away from the hectic part of the town. However there are few restaurants and cafes in the walking distance. Hotel architecture, interior decoration, furniture are a big wow. There was also in house shrine in a property.
Linen and all cloth stuff are quite worn out, new replacements needed. Amenities in washroom are all empty but they are refilled once reception was informed. AC is quite old and loud, TV is not working. Telephone is not working, it's a pain to go up and down to request for fixing problems. Power socket is Indian type, adapter needed.
* Location: Situated outside the Pink City, just a convenient 10-minute ride away.
* Service & Amenities: Excellent staff throughout. Enjoyed an evening dip in the pool (opens 8 AM – 8 PM during monsoon season). They also have a bar where you can enjoy an alcoholic drink
* Dining: Good food with a solid breakfast spread (mostly Indian with continental options). Restaurant serves until 10 PM.
* Rooms: spacious with great showers.
* Beds: The mattress is very soft (feels like a half-full water bed), which could be an issue if you have back pain.
* Evening Entertainment: Daily live show at the restaurant from 7 PM to 9 PM. It gets quite loud, making conversation difficult, so consider dining after 9 PM if you want a quieter meal.
El hotel es increíble. Parece que estas dentro de una película de Wes Anderson. El personal es muy atento y diligente. La comida es muy buena y el desayuno incluye variedad de opciones.
La zona en la que está ubicado el hotel es lejana a las principales atracciones de Jaipur. Esto no es en sí mismo un problema, pero puede volverse muy difícil el traslado hasta los sitios de interés ya que el tráfico se atasca en algunos momentos del día.
