A Wonderful Stay – Truly Felt Like a Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hari Mahal, Taj Jodhpur. What made our experience particularly special was the warmth and personal attention shown by the entire team.

A special mention to Chef Ranjeet, Chef Laxman, Chef Mohar, Chef Kartar Jagpal, Gaje and Pawan, who went out of their way to prepare food for my children as per their requirements. Their patience, care and willingness to accommodate our requests made a big difference and was deeply appreciated.

I would also like to appreciate Rahul from the Front Office, who was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Narendra from Housekeeping was also very attentive and ensured that everything was comfortable for us.

It is not often that you come across a hotel where the staff makes you feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hospitality here was warm and personal, and we truly felt like we were at home away from home.

Thank you to the entire team at Hari Mahal for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would be very happy to visit again and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Horrible experience,
Staff enters the room after the guest checks in and even when the guest is asleep, comes in the room without any prior permission and when asked about how can even it be possible that the guest is sleeping in the room and the staff enters the room, nobody is really bothered, no proper response about who came and who gave permission to enter, lot of paint smell was there in the room, SINCERE ADVICE, DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES OR YOUNG ONES UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM, AT ALL TIMES. Management is least bothered about the guests, any uncomfortable situation arises the management forwards the staff personnel to deal with the matter and least bothered about the guest’s feelings. Be careful if at all you visit this property. It’s been more than a week no single letter or a word of regret or apology from the management, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UN FRIENDLY . Such a reputed mark but So very sad about the reality of the hotel.

It is an excellent property to stay in Jodhpur. Staff is very professional. Restaurant offers good options in terms of cuisines.

Main import thinks is your staff services and politeness mainly Ms. Chenkanwar mam are provide great service. It's my first visit and like so much.

The food was excellent, and the staff service was great too; Chhan Kanwar Ji, in particular, had a wonderful nature. Overall, it was a very good experience.
