Loved the setup of the hotel, it was stunning. Little aged in some places which needed work but still didn’t take away from the fact it is such a lovey place to unwind, relax and enjoy the hospitality.

Loved our spa treatments, the food and spending time by the pool.

Excellent breakfast. Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Well maintained lobby and common areas

We enjoyed the very delicious and tasty food.

Entire staff in the hotel was well dressed and were found in good manners.

Each staff members in hotel rendered their services dedicatedly, especially Ms Che kanwar, Ms Sarita, Mr. Bishan were exceptional. Forget to mention staff at front desk reception counter who exceptionally welcomed us and were very polite and provided exceptional services during our stay in the hotel.

We wish the hotel all the best especially the staff mentioned above a very bright and joyful future.

The property was converted into a Taj from a Vivanta by Taj.
The staff are excellent. They go out of their way to try to be helpful.
The property is a bit dated, and there were mosquitoes in the room, and more general upkeep was needed.
There was construction going on whilst on the property, and it was load at times.
Notable Staff include:
Lokendra in the Front Office. He was exceptional and super friendly. And shared our ID with the next property to ensure a smooth checkin.
Priyvat at the Front Desk was also super helpful.
On the F&B side: Yuvraj, Laxman, Sarita, and Prachi really went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant! Also the Chef team were approachable and made me a vegan omelette!!

We had a great stay at Taj Hari Mahal. The staff has been very polite. The room was very spacious and well designed. Kids had fun at the recreation center and the pool. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

My family had the most amazing experience at Taj Hari Mahal, and having stayed in many Taj properties over the years I can clearly say that none of them including Taj Bengal, Taj Mahal Mumbai and others come close to the warmth and efficiency of the Hari Mahal team. Huge kudos and a massive shoutout to Sachin Deshmukh, Sarita, Priyangini, Chef Ranjeet and the other chefs, Laxman ji, Soumyadip, Anand ji in the pool and practically all your staffs.

Excellent service by Pawan at Taj Hari Hotel restaurant. He was very polite, attentive, and ensured the food was served promptly and perfectly. His warm hospitality made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Had a comfortable stay at Taj...the ladies at Restaurant were courteous and helpful(Ms.Chen kanwar and forgetting the other one's name)..
Amenities and cultural program were good...only areas of improvement were there could be an attendant at kids play area and i personally felt that the artists were performing only for tips...

The rooms are big and spacious. Even the most basic rooms have all the amenities and the placement of things like toiletries, towels, buttons, switches, lamps and furniture is perfect. Even though this is a small thing and hardly noticed, it makes your life much easier. The staff is super helpful, polite and warm. One of the best hospitality that I have received. The breakfast is great with food variety and they prepare on-demand items too. The hotel’s restaurant “Marwar” is amazing!

Overall, spacious rooms with all amenities, warm welcoming staff and great food! Highly recommend

Overall, we had a great experience. Over and above all the functional aspects, it was the way we were treated by the staff that stood out. They were always ready to provide service and assistance. And this made the whole experience worth it. Of course, all functional things were perfect. But it was the service that stood out for me
