This is a lovely hotel from the greeting to departure your needs are looked after. The staff were attentive and helpful.

While the facilities and infrastructure was as good as expected from a Taj property, the quality and training, the deeply embedded sense of service and hospitality in the entire staff was just outstanding.
Jage and Pooja in the Good Earth restaurant were exceptional.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Marwar Restaurant, Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and the overall location and view made the experience even more special.

A special thanks to Mr. Vikram Singh ji, who took exceptional care of us and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. His dedication and hospitality truly stood out. We also appreciate the great service provided by Bishan ji and Pawan ji—they were very courteous and helpful.The restaurant menu is slightly expensive, but the overall experience is excellent.

Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Our recent stay at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur, was the epitome of luxury and Rajasthani grace. From the very start, the experience was seamless. Instead of standing at a counter, we were invited to be seated royally for our check-in, treated to traditional tie-and-dye chunris, and served a refreshing, unique apple-based welcome drink.

The breakfast team—specifically Mr. Bishen, Vikram, Dheeraj, and Mr. Laxman—redefined personalized service. They took great care to prepare our ginger tea exactly to our liking (one masala-infused and one light ginger), ensuring every morning started perfectly. The restaurant team even went above and beyond by sourcing customized desserts from their other sister restaurant when we wanted something different from the evening's menu.

Our stay at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur was truly special and memorable. The team went above and beyond to make our baby’s first trip after birth incredibly warm and welcoming.

We were complimentarily upgraded, which was a lovely surprise in itself. What touched us the most was the beautiful room decoration done specially to celebrate our baby’s first trip—it felt very personal and thoughtful.

They also arranged free cookies, nuts, and fresh fruits for our baby, which showed genuine care and attention to detail that Taj is known for.

A special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Lokendra Rathore for ensuring everything was perfectly arranged and for his warm hospitality. Huge appreciation to Narendra from Housekeeping for the beautiful decoration and effort it truly made our stay unforgettable.

It is always a next-level experience of hospitality and service at Taj properties, and my stay at Taj – Hari Mahal, Jodhpur was no exception. The stay was truly delightful, and the property beautifully reflects the charm and grandeur of a heritage palace.

The entire team was extremely supportive, humble, and attentive, delivering excellence in service throughout our stay. A special mention to Duty Manager Mr. Lakendra for the warm welcome and the insightful tour of the property, along with sharing its rich history and details—it made the experience even more memorable.

Room , sercice , food all.good, but tge recreation activity is years old with less things and broken table tennis table. Just to keep something , it is like that.

Our recent stay at Taj Hari Mahal Jodhpur was fabulous. The property is well-managed, and it shows in the service. The trip was set in tone with warm welcome by the front desk. All departments from front desk to the dining team and housekeeping, works in tandem. Restocking your room with fruits, cookies and nuts is a daily ritual. Mr.Laxman from housekeeping did a splendid job of maintaining our rooms top notch. The dining staff Chef Ranjeet, Chef Laxman and their team did a splendid job. On the checkout they packed us food for our long journey. Indian hospitality at its best. The onsite Chinese restaurant is also worth it. Huge thanks to the team for making this stay memorable.

Taj umbrella is same hospitality and luxury . I came here for a family reunion with relatives and we met for the drinks and small bites . The excellent service , superb food and the pleasing ambience added to make it a memorable evening . The drinks were served , the platter of chilli paneer and the veg. Spring roll stole the show. The evening Was held in the bar . The location is excellent , and the seating is ample . There is choice of outdoors and indoors possible . The prices are competitive . The 5 star ambience is breathtaking . It is a place to make an evening memorable. Highly recommended .
