At the start the reception my the tall gentlemen at the hotel arrival spot, I do not remember their name but there were
Two of them on arrival and departure each time I made my move, their gestures and smiles were the perfect stepping
And positivity boost my us.

The check in was very smooth as the Duty Manager Mr Lokender was kind and courteous enough to ensure that I am
Checked in comfortably and in a quicker time frame. Even during the stay whenever I visited the lobby area he was always
Their to welcome you with a big smile.

The other beautiful ladies of front desk , to name a few Ms Malti & Priyanjali during the day hours, they were very helpful
And ever approachable , their sense of care and respect during my stay was phenomenal. My check out was processed
By these two ladies, and they made is it memorable. I am so moved by their kind approach. The other members of front desk Ms
Ragni and Mr Santosh were also very kind , though I had a less interaction but whenever I had it very very nice.

My room was very well looked after by Mr Kuldeep and his team , I do not remember each name , but the I want to extend by kudos to
Each member of housekeeping for a room maintenance in a prestine condition each time entered. None of my belongins were misplaced

The Marwar Cafe - I must convey by sincere compliments to the team of Chef Sandeep and Chef Rajneet. A well curated and planned

My fav time was morning walk in your lawn and area near poolside, so nicely kept garden and lawn that you dont feel like
Missing even a single day going out. I must compliment the team of Arboriculture experts involved in the job.

At last I would I like to mention that memorable impact which was imprinted on me of Taj Hari Mahal is due to
Combined effort of Mrs Sachin, Chef Sandeep Chef Rajnit, Hospitality members, Front desk team of Malti and Proyanjali and Mr Vijay
And all those whose name I forgot . Last but not the least the Santoor and Sitaar artists who were playing such a soulful
Music for the guest , they were talented to the core.

We Had Come To Eat Dinner And We Asked For Spicy Noodles They Gave Us Plain Noodles Also We Had Asked Them For Maghreta pizza and they gave it with tomato’s on it They Were Being Rude And Treating us like Dogs We Had. Gone To The Chinese Restaurant I Ask Taj To Please Take Action Of This

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly reflective of the Taj standard.

A heartfelt thanks to Chen Kanwar from the F&B team for taking such great care of us and making every meal experience special. Also, a big appreciation to Lokendra and the entire front office team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and guest-first approach.

We faced an unexpected issue with the AC in our room, but the way the team handled it was exceptional. They acted swiftly and upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. It’s this kind of thoughtful service that sets Taj apart.

Travelling with family, comfort and service matter the most, and Taj Hari Mahal exceeded expectations on both. Thank you to the entire team for making our Jodhpur trip so special. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.

The hotel was very nice! Beautiful location and staff were very helpful. The dining area was very clean and the service was fast and efficient. Our server Chen was very helpful!

One of the worst checkinn experience at this hotel. Even at 1400 hours the rooms were not ready and the excuse given by duty manager is that we are over booked. Extremely surprised

It was an occasion for us and wanted to have a nice evening and every one at Taj Hari specially Jagpal ji, Gaje Singh and Chef Ajay ensured a great Meal for us . A memorable evening because of them.

We visited Jodhpur for a vacation and had a wonderful experience at Taj Hari mahal from check-in to checkout. Santosh ji and Malti ji made our check-in smooth and also shared helpful suggestions for local experiences.

The hotel is located in a calm and pleasant neighborhood, and both the hotel and room ambience beautifully reflect the grandeur of Rajasthan. Balram ji and Anil ji made our stay very comfortable.

A special mention to the Marwar Restaurant team: Pawan ji, Sarita ji, Gaje ji, Vikram ji, Jagpal ji, and Lakshman ji, who made our dinners truly memorable. Do try their Marwadi Thali.
