Pros:

Facilities were basic but comfortabel and fit for purpose.
Always really good music in the lobby too. Well done!

Cons:

Even three months out, I was not able to alter my booking. Although booking.com advertised free changes and cancellations, I could not change the dates to lesser than originally booked.

Nice cheaper option in CBD in great location
Pros:

Stayed here a few times. The staff st reception are always so welcoming and friendly. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade once to a 2 bedroom apartment

Cons:

Attente acces garage et difficulté de sortir du garage. Hôtel sans clarté. Chambre et partie commune qui ne donnent pas envie de passer du temps dans l'hôtel. Lavabo bouchée et chambre non préparée avant arrivée.

Location was great. Room was clean

Cons:

I booked for 3 people but on arrival the sofa bed was not made. When a staff member came to make it all they provided was one bottom sheet, one pillow, and a light blanket that was old looking. No top sheet or doona.
