Very comfortable and great staff, if lackluster amenities
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The room was a good size and had a desk, bedside table, fridge, kettle etc. The location is great, super walkable and close to transit and restaurants.

Cons:

The windows look into a wall and/or another window. It could use a spruce-up and a new paint job in the hallways. The breakfast was not good.

Was okay, just needed a place to stay for one night for my trip so it did the job - however bathroom just looked icky.

A comfortable stay with friendly staff, but the rooms could benefit from some updates and better shower pressure.
Pros:

The one-bedroom apartment was nice and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well presented, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was also useful during the stay. The front reception area looked nice and welcoming. The customer service from the reception staff was very good — they were friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was also good.

Cons:

The shower water pressure in the bathroom needs improvement. The apartment felt a bit basic and could be made more modern. The TVs definitely need to be updated as they felt quite outdated. Overall it could be made a bit more modern and livable.

Very average place!
Pros:

Location was good if u wanted to go to the MCG, markets and the dfo.

Cons:

The car parking is small and very tight, the room we had was very small and quite old/dirty. Only having one pillow that wasn't really a pillow made for a rough night sleep, the pull out bed was uneven, had to change it up so my son wasn't sleeping downward and the shower was horrible!

We had a great time away and always choose your motel however the bathrooms need a look over.
Pros:

The location is central to everything we require, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great.

Cons:

The shower head didn't stay up making it difficult to wash hair and shower.

Good position but not good value for money

Cons:

Parking was very challenging to get into and poorly marked.
The hotel is very rundown and in need of maintenance. The hotel felt and looked dirty.
We were not told there is no lift from the parking so had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs

A great 1 night stay, friendly staff, well located. Great price

Location was excellent for what we needed.

Cons:

Only 1 pillow for each person , but staff were fantastic when we asked for extra pillows. We also asked for wine glasses for the room and an ice bucket, staff were very accommodating with our requests.
