Great value hotel for a budget price in a central location with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Central location , good value for money and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking was a little inconveinient and expensive, but not unreasonable
Toilet paper holders were very close to the toilet and made it difficult to sit down without knocking them off or bumpjng into them.
Seal at base of shower leaked and resulted ina lot of water on floor after a shower.

Our room was a connecting room (we didn't request it), and we could constantly hear several people speaking loudly in the adjoining room.

At around 10 p.m., I told the reception and asked if it would be possible to change a room. I was told that there were no other rooms available in the same category. The staff did not even offer to speak to the guests about the noise.

Since the noise continued and we couldn't relax, we decided to book another hotel nearby and leave. However, when we were about to check out, they told us that other rooms were available and that we could move immediately. Despite my repeated refusals, the staff continued to ask us to reconsider our decision to leave.

We did move to another hotel, but we wish the staff had offered us this solution from the beginning, rather than only after we had decided to check out. The way the situation was handled was disappointing and left us with a very negative impression of the hotel.

Very pleasant, clean, close to transport and food outlets.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me and what I wanted to do. The room is very spacious.

Cons:

The shower head, it is difficult to wash yourself but keep your hair dry because you can only be under it.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and well-cleaned. The buffet breakfast was great and convenient. Would stay again.

At night it was a bit noisy making it difficult to sleep. Also the room tended to become very warm
