Awesome Location & Fantastic Staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional especially the front desk staff. They not only took care of the everyday inquiries but also served behind the cafe counter making various hot and cold drinks. Hats Off to you Guys!!

Cons:

Our shower door was ridiculous 😒. The door couldn't full open. We had to slide in sideways to get into it.
It looked like the air-conditioning unit hadn't be cleaned for an age as there was dust all around it ... made me wonder if the filters had ever been cleaned? Yikes!

Overall, the staff were all nice and approachable.
Pros:

The accessibility because of the location and the parking underground is also near to the hotel. Near to the light rail as well.

Cons:

The faucet is broken when we got there, though I informed the reception about it. It cannot be fix cause it was holiday and was also weekend. I paid more than what the qoutation showed in the booking, when I paid at the property. Aside from the VAT, there was another payment on top of it.

Pros:

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom and shower was great and the beds were comfy. Plenty of space to store luggage/belongings.

Cons:

It is located opposite multiple bars and clubs. As I stayed here during Thursday, Friday and Saturday night - the music from these venues went until early hours of the morning and was quite loud, making it hard to fall asleep. Also, the curtains are sheer - meaning light from opposite buildings shines in quite clearly, again making it hard to fall asleep.
