Friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness, location and the unexpected early check in.

Air conditioner had a smell and discharged some muck when first switched on.

Location was good for getting public transport to the airport. Central station was just a 10 minute walk. We were also able to check in early which was great.
The location was good. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Service from staff was friendly and any requests were promptly attended to.
Air-conditioning could do with improvement.

The accommodation was for my two adult daughters as they were staying up in Sydney for a concert it was too nights and the on the second night my oldest daughter was electric-cuted by one of the power sockets and the power went off as they were trying to get ready to go out she went and told staff downstairs no one really seemed to care it took three to four attempts to actually get somebody to pay attention maintenance was sent to the room to fix the power the girls could have finished getting ready the maintenance people broke my daughter's charger by moving the bed and snapping it and just left it on the bed my daughter's both had to go to the service desk to explain took two people to actually work at out one stuff member who had only been there for two days was the only one who was actually helpful staff the next day then said that they could give them their managers contact details nowhere in this did anyone ask was my daughter okay after being electrocuted I have written them an email to explain how disappointed I am and that they had a duty of care to check that my daughter was actually okay no discount was offered finally somebody managed to say that they would reimburse the money for the charger we will not be staying at this place again.
