I am a Marriott Rewards member. Very clean hotel. Needs free breakfast options. But will stay here again
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was dressed well. Very professional. Clean room.

Cons:

No free breakfast. Menu was large but pricey. Should have free for patrons. Was 5 miles from I-81.

Clean, exceptional service, bad mattress.
Pros:

The hotel is immaculate. The room could not have been better. The staff goes above and beyond.

Cons:

The bed; more specifically, the mattress. This mattress was the worst. Metal sprins poked and prodded me for 3 nights. There was no support, so lying down created a swayback. Each day I woke with a horrible backache.
C'mon, Marriott, great hotel, lousy mattress. Do better.
I was recuperating from surgery; otherwise, I would have raised a fuss.

Pros:

Convenient to the hospital. Clean and quiet.

Cons:

The showers, no water pressure. Bathtub looked very warm and needed caulking.

Great, but disappointed in the no free breakfast. 😉
Pros:

We loved how clean this hotel was! Also, our kids enjoyed the pool being open until 11:00 pm!

Cons:

I gave the hotel an 8 simply because there was no breakfast included. You couldn’t even get a free hot coffee in the welcome area like most hotels have. Instead we either had to purchase $6 coffees at the indoor Starbucks, or drink the instant stuff in the room (which leaked water everywhere).

The restaurant was too expensive for our family of 6, especially already having to pay for two rooms to sleep us all, so we had to get breakfast at a nearby fast food place.

Other than that, the hotel was fantastic!

I didn't have any meals there. The location was good for me-very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly
