Very close to highway. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast!

Elevator was out of service. Would have been helpful if they had someone to help with luggage to room.

Cons:

My wife was incThe elevator and the door wouldn’t open on the third floor. Luckily she called before I left the parking lot so I went back in and got the elevator to come down to the first floor and the door opened. Shortly later I went to get on the elevator and the door would not open to let me on. I took the stairs

Maybe my expectations were too high as I’ve stayed in many nice hotels but this place was bad.
Pros:

Friendly Staff, good breakfast

Cons:

Pretty much everything else. Practically no room service, had to ask for clean towels. Only hotel I’ve ever visited that did not even provide pen and paper in the room.

Okay hotel but need to work on the smell
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the property looked clean and breakfast selection was decent,

Cons:

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom especially, I had to ask for air freshener as we checked in very late at night to ask for a new room. In addition, someone started knocking hard on my door at 9am in the morning. Given I had only slept at 4am, it made my stay terrible.

Great Overnight Stay Just Off the Interstate
Pros:

We were pleased with our overnight stay here, as we wanted a hotel close to the interstate. The evening front desk person was very welcoming and our room was very clean. Yes, as others mentioned, Esmeralda was helpful and cheerful at breakfast. There are a number of restaurants close to the hotel.

ESMERELDA: TIP-TOP BREAKFAST HOSTESS!!!!!
Pros:

Not the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in, but the level of comfort and cleanliness was pretty much up to snuff for what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn. The main reason for this review is to acknowledge Esmerelda in the breakfast room. We were there the morning of July 24, 2026 - and she was a burst of energy and friendliness and could not have been more hospitable (considerably more friendly than what we had experienced at the front desk earlier). It's people like this who love their jobs and do so well at it that make us return to Hampton Inns - thank you, Esmerelda for sending us off with a great attitude!

A Good Place
Pros:

The staff we interacted with were wonderful. When a problem occurred with our room, the front desk was quick to get us a new room. The breakfast was great. Also, the breakfast attendant was friendly, and she was constantly refilling and cleaning the area.

Cons:

Having to change rooms.
