Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Staff & Immaculate Property
I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites and can’t say enough good things about the staff and the overall experience. Henry and Rudy truly stand out, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference in my stay.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The head of the cleaning crew is absolutely amazing, and it shows in every detail, from the rooms to the common areas. The entire cleaning team, along with the handyman staff, deserves recognition for keeping the property in such great shape.
The pool is beautiful and very clean, which made it a relaxing place to spend time. I also really enjoyed the Wednesday evening get together, it was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel more personal and community oriented.
Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety, and the breakfast staff were hands down some of the most friendly and attentive I’ve encountered. They truly make mornings brighter.
From the cleaning crew to maintenance to front facing staff, this hotel runs smoothly because of the people who work here. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Homewood Suites to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well run hotel. It's fine. The whole place is fine. It's just... fine. It seems like it could use a bit of a makeover in places, but it's a good enough place with nice enough amenities. The Peloton in the gym was a nice touch, and it's literally next door to Trader Joe's.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Things were very quiet (except there was a radical storm, which was exciting!).
We love that this is right next door to TJ’s so we can grab healthy snacks anytime.
The hotel provided all we needed, and when we had questions or problems the staff would respond instantly. Henry was especially kind and helpful.
The one issue we had was there was a very strong chemical/perfume smell we couldn’t locate until after a few days—we discovered a plug-in “air freshener” behind the TV. But two of us are allergic to that, so we kept our windows wide open most of the time. We should have asked the staff to help—I know they would have found it and solved right away.
The fact that we could have open windows is a big plus for me. (most travelers know that hotel windows are often impossible to open).

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and consistently stocked with a different set of meats and style of eggs every day. Staff was great all around and accommodating to our change in plans. Joanne at the front desk was a gem and very personable from check in day through check out. The pool looked really nice, but it was too cold to jump in. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

The property itself appeared clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. From the exterior, it looked like a suitable and comfortable option for a short family stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my girlfriend and overall had a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. Henry was great and very helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. For the price, it was a solid option and I would consider staying here again.

Good breakfast, Staff made our stay comfortable.

During my stay at Homewood Suites Agoura Hills, I discovered an insect on the bedding in my room. I immediately notified hotel management and provided photos. Management stated it was a spider and did not offer an inspection, relocation, or precautionary measures. After leaving, I experienced symptoms consistent with bed bug exposure. Regardless of classification, finding insects in hotel bedding and the lack of a proactive response raised serious health and safety concerns for me. I would not stay here again and want other travelers to be aware.

Spacious suite, quiet, reasonably priced, and clean. The toilets in the room and the main building are oddly low - not a problem, just unusual. The buffet breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had, and it was nice that there was still food available even after the 9:00 cutoff.

Plus the remote for the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t turn in the TV. Sorry, but these are basic hotel requirements. Nice clean hotel. The layout is 3 buildings next to each other, not the greatest shielding of sound from the freeway. Couldn’t be more convenient if seeing a show in
the Canyons, but it’s a broken Hilton in my book.
Didn’t get a chance to check out the hottub or breakfast (which stops serving at 10AM.
I’d stay there again, but check to make sure everything you expect to work is working.

Joanne at the front desk was very lovely. We needed an extra pair of room keys and a parking pass, and she got it done for us with no problem!
