It looks nice from the outside, but the too many issues inside room.
Pros:

Rooms and grounds were clean.

Cons:

1. We had to move rooms 2x due to issues in each room. 2. A/C didn't work in both rooms 3. Overhead light in bedroom did not work. 4. TV in bedroom did not work. 5. Power block in bedroom did not work. Wifi did not work. Dresser had broken handle. Front desk assistant mgr blamed the issue on housekeeping having a bad day. He did not compensate for all of the issues.

Loved my stay here and will definitely book again when I’m in the area!
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and decor fun
Loved that there was a Trader Joe’s right there and lots of dining places close by!

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

I like the location, it was close to shopping centers and easy access to the freeway.

Cons:

The property is outdated and in need of remodeling. We had an issue with the toilet getting clogged at 1am. That’s the time we got to our room. Used it once and it clogged. They sent someone to unclog it and I felt really uncomfortable with it since we had this employer in our room for about 30 minutes trying to fix it. We finally moved rooms to another one and it was not clean. There was a used bandaid on the floor and the couches had stains. I don’t think we will stay here again. It’s a shame since the last time we stayed we loved it.

Cons:

The living room tv did not work. On our first night we received a call late at night claiming we were making noise when we were already in bed. The second day our none of our key cards were working. We were not the only once’s with key card issues. Making line for a new one the gentleman in the front desk was rude. The location is nice but staff and facility not great.

Pros:

The only positive part was that I was able to change the room later. This was the only good experience, thanks to the kindness of the receptionist. The manager during the day, however, was not helpful at all.

Cons:

The hotel has no proper invoicing policy. We booked the rooms via Booking.com, but the hotel refused to issue an invoice even though they have an agreement with Booking.com. I don’t recommend this hotel for people traveling for business. Totally unprofessional!

In addition, the room smelled very bad, and I could hear the noise from the highway extremely loudly, as if the window were open.

This Hilton location made me hesitant to stay at a Hilton property in the future
Cons:

Dirty, smell was unpleasant, dated and worn facilities not up to standards of Hilton. Hot tub was broken with no apologies or attempts to fix.

Really disappointing.
Cons:

Check in took an hour, advertised onsite restaurant and there wasn’t one. Turned on heat in room and smelt like something was burning so couldn’t use it. Was on hold with front desk so long I had to walk down there. Couldn’t use wifi because they didnt fully check us in until late at night. And had I’d assume an employee walk in when door was closed all the way.

Short & Sweet Experience
Pros:

Write short review check in was seamless and engaging. The breakfast menu could use a little more love but that’s not a huge concern for us. Jacuzzi was large and a great temperature. Every housekeeper you pass by including the maintenance was nothing but smiles

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Staff & Immaculate Property
I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites and can’t say enough good things about the staff and the overall experience. Henry and Rudy truly stand out, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference in my stay.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The head of the cleaning crew is absolutely amazing, and it shows in every detail, from the rooms to the common areas. The entire cleaning team, along with the handyman staff, deserves recognition for keeping the property in such great shape.
The pool is beautiful and very clean, which made it a relaxing place to spend time. I also really enjoyed the Wednesday evening get together, it was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel more personal and community oriented.
Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety, and the breakfast staff were hands down some of the most friendly and attentive I’ve encountered. They truly make mornings brighter.
From the cleaning crew to maintenance to front facing staff, this hotel runs smoothly because of the people who work here. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Homewood Suites to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well run hotel. Thank you Rudy who is an exceptional customer service manager.

The best night of sleep that either of us have ever had in a hotel!
Pros:

It was at a great location for us! Very clean and comfortable place. All of the staff were excellent! We’ll definitely be back to stay here!

It's fine.
Pros:

It's fine. The whole place is fine. It's just... fine. It seems like it could use a bit of a makeover in places, but it's a good enough place with nice enough amenities. The Peloton in the gym was a nice touch, and it's literally next door to Trader Joe's.

Very Nice Experience
Pros:

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Things were very quiet (except there was a radical storm, which was exciting!).
We love that this is right next door to TJ’s so we can grab healthy snacks anytime.
The hotel provided all we needed, and when we had questions or problems the staff would respond instantly. Henry was especially kind and helpful.
The one issue we had was there was a very strong chemical/perfume smell we couldn’t locate until after a few days—we discovered a plug-in “air freshener” behind the TV. But two of us are allergic to that, so we kept our windows wide open most of the time. We should have asked the staff to help—I know they would have found it and solved right away.
The fact that we could have open windows is a big plus for me. (most travelers know that hotel windows are often impossible to open).
