Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills

Everything was up to par.

I had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every part of my experience exceeded my expectations.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the maintenance team ensured everything in the hotel was always in perfect condition. It was clear that everyone takes pride in providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A special thank you to Stephanie, who did an incredible job taking care of our room. She kept everything spotless and made sure the room was always clean, fresh, and comfortable. She was so kind, thoughtful, and hardworking, always on time and incredibly attentive to every detail. Her dedication and warm personality truly stood out, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

I also want to recognize Julie at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She was always so sweet, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. No matter what questions or requests we had, she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of throughout our entire stay, and her exceptional customer service made a lasting impression.

A special thank you to the head chef, Faranak, whose meals were absolutely outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. Her cooking made each meal something to look forward to and truly elevated my entire stay.

The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. It’s rare to find a team that works together so seamlessly while maintaining such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills to anyone visiting the area. The excellent service, spotless accommodations, delicious food, and caring staff made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I will definitely be returning in the future!

As a father of two teen girls, I had to make sure I chose the best hotels so both my girls and I are satisfied, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This place has amazing service, rooms, amenities, and especially breakfast. The breakfast served is very good quality and fresh. They also offer a pool, and a gym, which my only problem was that there could be more equipment in the gym…
Overall, I had the best time at Hilton, and if your struggling to find a hotel, I would definitely recommend Hilton!

I have had the best experience at Hilton this past month!
I researched about many hotels, before I chose this one, and I couldn't be happier... starting off with the amazing and friendly service, neat rooms, enjoyable pool and very useful gym; not to mention the best breakfast, served by a friendly woman named Faranak, every morning was full of options and anything you could think of. Honestly the prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend this place to anyone who ever asks!

The entire staff at Homewood is amazing......constantly going out of their way to make us feel at home during our very extended stay.

My room was dirty. Sheets in particular. There was someone impaired at the pool. Another person sitting in her parked car next to mine smoking when I got there all the way to the time I left the next morning. My building card keys rarely worked. The elevator sounds like it was about to break and the lobby got broken into the night I was there. I felt so unsafe that I packed everything up as quickly as I could, left and reported them to corporate headquarters. Now they are trying to charge my card for additional nights. I’m shocked this place has the Hilton name attached to it. It’s a serious misrepresentation from their website as it shows a lovely hotel on the top of a peaceful hill when in reality it’s on a freeway and noisy. I’m not sure how they are getting these positive reviews.

I like Agora Hills. The room was clean and decently appointed and the staff were exceptional. I liked proximity to the grocery store and restaurants.

My experience here has been perfect with the assistance of Henry at the front desk. He was excellent in providing hotel assistance for my stay here, very courteous with excellent follow through!

Location was great as was closest hotel to family. Breakfast was fine each day there. Ladies were nice. Front desk helpful to arrange cleaning, help with air conditioning outage in living room, etc

Very friendly and polite staff.
Room service came on time to bring new towels and extra bedding.
Breakfast on Monday was great.
Directly next to freeway which was great for us
