Henry, has been exceptional. Not only does he run a tight ship he is kind, patient, and overall very responsive to his customers. If one needs a great place to stay with great service one could not go wrong here.

I travel nearly every week for work; the Agoura Hills Homewood Suites is the best Homewood and probably the best Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. I was so impressed with all aspects of my stay. Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel grounds were neat and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and towels. The rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. The morning breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I wish all hotels could live up to the Agoura Hills Homewood standard. Next time I’m in this area, I will certainly stay here again.
Agoura Hills location has been amazing. The room was very clean. Kevin was a great hotel front desk associate as well. Will be back for my next stay in California!
Henry made our check-in experience genuinely welcoming. He took the time to walk us through breakfast details and all the accommodations without us even having to ask and he did it while managing a whole line of guests, keeping everyone feeling attended to and at ease.
Great location since I needed to be between Malibu and Agoura. Came here for business purposes and ended up staying longer than expected. So this gave me the opportunity of truly learning the kindness and professionalism that all staff members have in common. Thank you Henry for leading your team so well.

The Continental Breakfast was amazing! Patty, kept the food items well stocked and her attention to detail was exceptional. She was friendly and quick to be helpful. The food items are grouped accordingly and easy to identify. The coffee is outstanding and the Coffee Station has clearly identified beverages and is available throughout the day and evening. Plenty of seating in the dining area with a variety of seating options: bench seating, regular height chairs and taller tables & chairs. Something for everyone. All in all, a delightful experience!

Hallways were dirty. Housekeeping staff did not respond to request for supplies. Toilettes flush poorly and are prone to clogging'

That only one staff was available during our check-in, however she was exceptionally helpful.
Rooms and grounds were clean.
1. We had to move rooms 2x due to issues in each room. 2. A/C didn't work in both rooms 3. Overhead light in bedroom did not work. 4. TV in bedroom did not work. 5. Power block in bedroom did not work. Wifi did not work. Dresser had broken handle. Front desk assistant mgr blamed the issue on housekeeping having a bad day. He did not compensate for all of the issues.

Everything was great!
The living room tv did not work. On our first night we received a call late at night claiming we were making noise when we were already in bed. The second day our none of our key cards were working. We were not the only once’s with key card issues. Making line for a new one the gentleman in the front desk was rude. The location is nice but staff and facility not great.
I like the location, it was close to shopping centers and easy access to the freeway.
The property is outdated and in need of remodeling. We had an issue with the toilet getting clogged at 1am. That’s the time we got to our room. Used it once and it clogged. They sent someone to unclog it and I felt really uncomfortable with it since we had this employer in our room for about 30 minutes trying to fix it. We finally moved rooms to another one and it was not clean. There was a used bandaid on the floor and the couches had stains. I don’t think we will stay here again. It’s a shame since the last time we stayed we loved it.
The only positive part was that I was able to change the room later. This was the only good experience, thanks to the kindness of the receptionist. The manager during the day, however, was not helpful at all.
The hotel has no proper invoicing policy. We booked the rooms via Booking.com, but the hotel refused to issue an invoice even though they have an agreement with Booking.com. I don’t recommend this hotel for people traveling for business. Totally unprofessional!
In addition, the room smelled very bad, and I could hear the noise from the highway extremely loudly, as if the window were open.
My experience here has been perfect with the assistance of Joanne at the front desk. She was excellent in providing hotel assistance for my stay here, very courteous with excellent follow through!
