Pros:

Good breakfast, good location, nice shower. glad you still had hot chocolate with breakfast.

Cons:

Floor was very dirty-every time we got in the shower the water ran black. Missed having the pool since the heater was broken.

The WiFi wasn’t working and the front desk person had no idea how to help. She said it happens sometimes.

Cons:

The TV was a nice size but wish you were able to login to my own personal apps on the tv. Do not like the cable options and couldn't get the tv to share with our phones. So we were only able to watch shows on our phone.

I will never be back to this hotel who’s management needs a lot to learn about hospitality!
Pros:

Room was spacious but sink was clogging and internet was poor!

Cons:

- Very poor breakfast.
- Gym was closed for renovation as I had been told which was a lie as it was used for storage and I had to use the gym of Comfort Inn which was literally enough for 1 person at a time, smelly, no decent weights or equipment, and above all I was asked to leave when a comfort Inn guest needed to use the gym. The situation with Hampton Inn’s gym is the same for the past 4 months as Inhad been told by Comfort Inn Hotel.
- As Hilton Honnors member, I asked for 1 hour late departure, but I was still charged $25 for that!

Pros:

Property owned independently. It was obvious by the lack of cleanliness and deferred maintenance. Property definitely not up to Hampton stands. For $175/nt I expected the toilet to flush, especially on the 2nd day after I reported the problem.
