My stay was very nice.
Pros:

The location is excellent. You are near Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, and Bush Gardens along with many other things.

I was pleased to collapse in a comfortable room with a good-feeling bed after fighting Northerm VA.
Pros:

I did mot have breakfast, but the room was the right temerature; the bath was comfortable and nice after a long afternoon drive.As I don't own a tv, I was pleased to have the use of a machine that was easy to operate. Finally-but really first, all staff were polite and bery helpfu;.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong.

just much older and was under construction, just not a great feel....i'm sure it will be nice once all the renovations are done

Very disappointing
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

It was under construction which wasn’t said before we booked. The room we booked wasn’t available so they had to put us in a different room. We go to our room and there’s one of the staff’s children in there watching tv. The pool was ice cold very hard to enjoy it. Just a very disappointing stay for the amount of money we spent

Hotel was good but not great
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Location was ideal for what we wanted. Suggested places to eat at the front desk was helpful

Cons:

Construction at front desk was not a pleasant sight. Other guests were loud at 5 am preventing a good night’s sleep.

Look Elsewhere!!
Pros:

Loved the size of the room and its overall set up. The breakfast for the morning was very nice with a wide variety of options. The food was well seasoned and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Upon entry into the room, many surfaces were noticeably dirty to include the doors, counters and tables. Our room smelled like stale smoke although our floor was supposed to be nonsmoking. Our beds were hard as rocks and my husband woke up with a stiff back. We were unable to connect to the WIFI and the hotel staff was not helpful in resolving the issue so we were unable to watch the TV in the room or connect our sons game system to the television. The price for what was presented to us was robbery

Nice time
Pros:

Visited Yorktown, Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg. This hotel was centrally located. Wonderful staff and rooms. Nice breakfast. Would return.

Filthy hotel.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Room was filthy and smelled very bad. We couldn’t stay it was so smelly and dirty. The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and the tub was filthy and moldy along with the shower curtain. Floors dirty.

Pros:

The location and room size was great.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very difficult to understand. There were no beverage choices with breakfast. I was told to get water from the vending machine. That was unacceptable.
