Overall very clean and comfortable
Cons:

Toilet in room 313 rocks side to side. Water in shower was scalding hot and never could get it cooler.

Not great, average.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the welcoming from them. There were only two luggage carts for the whole hotel and one was in very sad shape. The hotel is dated and in need of some upgrades to keep up with the Hilton standard. In our room, there were unidentifiable stains on the carpet and curtains. The walls and ceiling paint in the bathroom were peeling.
All in all, I believe we’ll pick a different property for our next stay in Williamsburg.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in a great location with a comfortable room and friendly staff.
Pros:

Greta location, friendly and accommodating staff. Beds and pillowed were comfortable. Room was spacious.

Cons:

The hallway on the second floor was very humid. The gym equipment was old. The breakfast was not good. More trash cans on the room.
