Loved the size of the room and its overall set up. The breakfast for the morning was very nice with a wide variety of options. The food was well seasoned and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.
Upon entry into the room, many surfaces were noticeably dirty to include the doors, counters and tables. Our room smelled like stale smoke although our floor was supposed to be nonsmoking. Our beds were hard as rocks and my husband woke up with a stiff back. We were unable to connect to the WIFI and the hotel staff was not helpful in resolving the issue so we were unable to watch the TV in the room or connect our sons game system to the television. The price for what was presented to us was robbery
Good location.
Room was filthy and smelled very bad. We couldn’t stay it was so smelly and dirty. The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and the tub was filthy and moldy along with the shower curtain. Floors dirty.
The location and room size was great.
The front desk staff was very difficult to understand. There were no beverage choices with breakfast. I was told to get water from the vending machine. That was unacceptable.
Below average for a stay..being rehab ,not very good breakfast, friendly staff
Overall, I would definitely give this Hampton Inn another chance even though there were a few things that prompted my 3 star rating. I stayed in a studio suite-seems it may have been recently renovated as the room seemed very modern. They are currently going under some renovation in the lobby and the breakfast area. The location is great as well. The reason for the 3 stars is mainly due to housekeeping. Having just entered my room, I had to use the bathroom only to discover used toilet paper sitting the bowl. Not very impressive but easy enough fix by flushing it away. The next morning, while taking a shower, I go to use some conditioner and the bottle is completely empty. To me, this is a reflection on housekeeping either rushing through their job or just not caring. You can see if the bottle is empty. The last issue I had was with their pillows. In my decades of traveling and staying in hotels, these were by far the worst pillows I have ever slept on. Seemed like they were filled with tissue paper as they offered no support. I could almost squeeze one into a small ball. Needless to say, that led to a very restless night of sleep. Lastly, it looks like the AC unit in this room has seen its better days (see photo).
Beautiful and very clean, friendly staff.
Location is convenient.
Very hard to understand the person at the front desk. I tried to call the hotel and the person was trying to charge/person in the room and yelling at me to give my name and book the room. I hung up on her. The breakfast was good but there was nothing to drink other than tea and coffee. There wasn't even water. When I asked I was told that I would have to buy water.
The location was good, nice continental breakfast bar, and coffee available in lobby 24/7. Was always greeted by desk staff pleasantly
Was going through remodeling of the lobby, had to walk over drop cloths and around equipment to come and go. the room was dated, bath tub had rust stains and deteriorated sealant.
Very convenient to everywhere we were going! Friendly staff!
