Pros:

The room was large but without air conditioning. We did, however, find a fan in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub with shower, but there is no hand shower. Free parking.

Cons:

None

Disappointed and Tired.
Pros:

The beds are uncomfortable and creaked. The walls between each of the rooms are too thin and we could hear other guests conversations. No fridge in the rooms.
No maid came to our room to clean or restock towels and coffee facilities. Infact coffee was the cheapest kind.
Definitely over priced. The grounds outside are unkept. I think the place has been left to run itself.

Cons:

Everything, as I said before; The beds are uncomfortable and creaked. The walls between each of the rooms are too thin and we could hear other guests conversations. No fridge in the rooms. Seriously out dated decor.
No maid came to our room to clean or restock towels and coffee facilities. Infact coffee was the cheapest kind.

Staff at their best
Pros:

The staff member who checked us in was amazing ... he also served me breakfast in the morning (which i only booked for the 4 of us 10 minutes before) a breath of fresh air for real attentive customer service.
Lovely large rooms with fans provided in each which is amazing in a heat wave.

Cons:

Nothing really ... the decor was slightly dated but nothing that took away from the place.

Geht so
Pros:

Als Entschuldigung bekamen wir ein kostenloses Frühstück

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank, sehr hellhörig, verstopfter Abfluss und durch Freisitz/Raucherecke sehr laut bis in die Nacht und frühmorgens, versprochener Zimmertausch wurde nicht realisiert

Pros:

We were allowed to take the dog to stay with us at the hotel which was great for us. our room was lovely and clean. Food good. Staff friendly. Had a problem with my car and staff and manager tried to help but had to call RAC.

Cons:

Didn't like choice of ciders in the bar (the only ones in cans were fruit flavoured)

Very convenient location and accessibility
Pros:

Good selection of cooked food

Cons:

Need more selection of Gluten free - cereals, pastries, toast
Also it would be nice to have fresh fruit available.

Pros:

Parking

Cons:

Great hotel for workmen, otherwise, probably don't stay there. My room was opposite the entrance porch with no views at all of trees or countryside. Couldn't have been more noisy with the stairs and corridors and faint rumbling of snoring in other rooms. Disastrous choice for me for a peaceful overnight stay in the countryside. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast either. Tinned fruit mixed up apparently constitutes a fruit salad...
