Great hotel stayed many times
Breakfast at 8 to late
Good Location, very attentive friendly staff.
Extra clean with lovely good quality linen. Room was very big. Food was good and great to have large free car park. Excellent value.
Its a little tired, but updated bathroom . Its like alot of business style hotels being relifed. I really enjoyed my stay

Bed not good to sleep in,
generally a pleasant hotel, the public rooms in the older part were tired but had character. The bedrooms are in a new wing and in excellent order. House Keeping are really keen and this shows in the presentation of the rooms.

nice tables and chairs
The staff were so welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious with two very comfortable beds, comfortable chairs, excellent storage and extensive worktop for makeup, papers etc. Excellent standard of cleanliness throughout.
The food was freshly prepared, tasty and very good standard and value. Excellent breakfasts including wide choice of cooked options. We especially liked the lovely lounge area which you don't always find in more reasonably priced hotels. More than ample on site parking.
The bathroom, whilst adequate, needs some updating and repair.

Felt tired and in need of refresh
The hotels location is good for travelers to the area and suited my needs. There is plenty of parking for guests. The check in at the reception was quick allowing me to get to my room quickly.
The service in the restaurant was terrible and ended up i had to leave to exit the hotel to get my dinner. The food selection for dinner was very poor with a limited menu which was restricted even more by many dishes being unavailable.
The hotel is very dated, and needs cleaned up with the furnishings and bathrooms showing dirt and grime as a result of many years of use.

Bacon was nicely cooked. Staff friendly.
No marmalade. Coffee was only lukewarm. Eggs were not fresh because the albumen (the white) was flat and spread all over the plate. Yolk was not orange but very pale.
The new& environmentally interesting design which will be seen in 2027/28.

The room with the bath/shower was very good
The evening meal was expensive for what it was.
Nice large rooms with a small table and seating area too. Bed was large and SUPER comfortable! Good shower, always a bonus when the mirror has the anti steam aspect to it, very handy. Solaiman was so lovely, checked us in very quickly and really looked after us on both Friday and Saturday evening in the bar/restaurant.
I'm afraid the food was very disappointing. We had dinner on Friday night and my pasta was completely tasteless. The penne so overdone that it was mushy and falling to pieces. Mum said her chicken burger was "OK". Her Cajun fries were very nice though.
