Het was een proper en gezellig hotel. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en heel lekker. Da kamers waren proper en gezellig.

Cons:

Wij boekte via booking.com. Hier werden ons andere foto's voorgeschoteld dan de werkelijkheid. Er stonden allemaal foto's op van een appartement met keuken en salon. In werkelijkheid kregen we en familielikamer. Enkel bedden en een badkamer. We hadden zelf eten en drank voorzien. Heel jammer, want het gezellige salon was de reden dat we dit boekte. We hebben dit gecommuniceerd met het hotel. De dame achter de receptie vond dit heel lastig. Ze zei dat ze het ging bespreken met haar baas. Nadien hebben we jammer genoeg niets meer gehoord van hen... De dag nadien heb ik een klacht naar booking.com gestuurd. Hierop is nooit antwoord gekomen. Heel jammer... Toon alsjeblieft foto's van de kamer die je boekt en omschrijf duidelijk wat voor kamer je krijgt bij je boeking.

Great hotel, great staff, comfortable and handy skibus to the slopes.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and warm. Location good and skibus stop very close to take you to the slopes. Love the swimming pool in Carlina. Good breakfast buffet. Good storage space in rooms. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarette smoke and sweat in the room, which was very small and tired. I had selected a larger “family” room with multiple beds on Booking.com which did not materialise and the room was originally made up as one double. We relocated.

Brilliant hotel. Really glad we chose it.
Pros:

Very large room with 4 single beds for 4 adult male skiers, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The beds were very comfortable and great heating, powerful showers. Could not fault anything.
