Better places to stay for cheaper prices
Pros:

The staff were friendly & the location was great

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned properly & there was a lot of things that needing fixing. Lots of marks on walls, the curtains were stained. The table inside the room needed to be wiped down etc. Just a very dated feel to the whole building

Room temp/air con set unaturally high for 'winter' Too hot! Staff would not allow change. I left!
Pros:

The room temp was set at high - it felt like 23 or 24 degrees - when i rang down to ask where I could change it - I was told i couldnt its set high for winter. So hot and the windows dont open so I ended up leaving and getting a room elsewhere - lost my $ for the second night - not worth it!

Cons:

Air con set hot, no opening windows.

Close to Sydney Uni, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also quite spacious

Cons:

The staff didn’t know what they were talking about. Didn’t listen when answering their questions. Also had no idea that the restaurant and bar were not open on a Saturday.
