Très bon emplacement, appartement pratique et confortable, rien à dire c’est vraiment un établissement que je recommande

La localisation , le fait d’avoir un appart tout équipée

Cons:

Malheureusement le manque de respect de certains voisins qui séjournaient également dans la résidence. Je veux bien que ce soit les fêtes de Bayonne mais sur les trois nuits passées, nous avons été réveillées trois fois aux alentours de 4h, il serait bien de filtrer la clientèle ou de les recarder pour le confort de tous !

Pros:

Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a comfortable amount of space for 2 people. The kitchen was equipped for eating/dining at home which was appreciated.

Cons:

Some very basic items in the kitchen such as coffee filters, salt/pepper would have been nice. Also, the apartments really should have a fan/fans. Noted that there were a few fans available from reception but that should be a standard appliance - it was quite hot at night in the apartment

Excellent location, just a 7-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a lovely terrace overlooking a small garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Di Biarritz ci si innamora!
Pros:

L’appartamento dava su un giardino interno quindi era molto silenzioso. Vicinissimo a due parcheggi coperti e a ristoranti, negozi, café, cinema; a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Possibilità del self check in se non si arriva quando la reception è aperta.

Cons:

Non c’era l’aria condizionata e faceva molto caldo anche di notte.
Non era chiaro se usare la cucina comportava un ulteriore addebito di 80€ (non l’abbiamo usata ma c’era un biglietto in cucina con questa informazione), che mi sembra eccessivo se poi si lascia comunque pulito.

Emplacement top mais au calme. Pas de clim mais possibilité de dormir fenêtre ouverte ( chambres sur jardin)
Proche de tout : plages. Restos. Bars. Commerces à pieds
Même pour les chiens : parc canin côté jardin👍

Séjour agréable malgré la chaleur

Pas de petit déjeuner ds l’établissement
Sinon propreté et personnel impeccables
Prêt d’un ventilateur pour la semaine caniculaire

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation , surtout en ces temps de canicule ! Ce sera un critère important pour le choix d’un établissement l’an prochain.
Le prix du séjour qui a bien augmenté / l’an dernier
