Muy limpio pero STOP MOQUETAS 🙏

Estaba muy limpio y el sitio era cómodo, sin problema.

Cons:

El sitio estaba limpio pero no me entra en la cabeza cómo con el problemón de chinches que tienen en los hoteles (y en Francia más), tengan aún moquetas y cortinones gordos de telas. Son poco higiénicos y un escondite fantástico para las plagas. Ya no se ve en ningún sitio de España, Portugal, Italia etc... no a los tejidos en los hoteles por Dios!!!! Aunque mi sensación es que estaba limpio eh. Pero vaya, incomprensible.

Enttäuschendes Apartment in Biarritz. Biarritz ist trotzdem einen Besuch wert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral und ging - wie bestellt - zur 'Parkseite' raus. Die Größe der Wohnung war gut.
Betten und Schrank im Schlafzimmer waren gut.

Cons:

1. Keine Klimaanlage bei Temperaturen von mehr als 30 Grad und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit (80-90%), wir haben 5 Nächte wenig und schlecht geschlafen.
2. Zustand des Apartments war schlecht. Fliesen hatten Sprünge, Armaturen in Küche und Bad beschädigt, Badewanne in sehr gebrauchtem Zustand. Erinnerte sehr an Apartments aus den Jahren 1990 !!!
3. Alkoven mit Stockbetten für Kinder ist quasi nicht zu nutzen. Zu eng und klein und keine Chance für Frischluftzufuhr.
4. alte Filterkaffeemaschine, altes Geschirr, unbrauchbare Pfannen
5. Preis deutlich zu hoch !!

Perfect for location, way too expensive for what it offers

Very central location, easy

Cons:

In order to maximise the number of beds the toilet cubicle is claustrophobic and without a proper fan extractor. Even the shower room is way too small, You have to play Tetris. Surprised non to find AC and I had to ask for a fan. They could place ceiling fan. Very very noisy on the front of the building

The location is perfect : it's close to the main commercial strips, to nice restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The apartment was very clean and have all the amenities one needs to make it a long stay.

Cons:

There is no AC and the fan provided upon arrival was barely working. Alrthough this is clearly indicated on their available amenities, we were there during a major heat wave and the heat was unbearable. We really appreciated that a fan was provided, but we'd recommend buying more efficient devices.

Très bon emplacement, appartement pratique et confortable, rien à dire c’est vraiment un établissement que je recommande

La localisation , le fait d’avoir un appart tout équipée

Cons:

Malheureusement le manque de respect de certains voisins qui séjournaient également dans la résidence. Je veux bien que ce soit les fêtes de Bayonne mais sur les trois nuits passées, nous avons été réveillées trois fois aux alentours de 4h, il serait bien de filtrer la clientèle ou de les recarder pour le confort de tous !
