Sehr schönes Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Service
Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer im 26. Stock im Rahmen des Level-Programms – wirklich beeindruckend. Auch die Verpflegung war außergewöhnlich und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Dazu kommen ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, ein schöner Pool, eine großzügige Lobby und durchgehend freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Wer eine Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt oder des Strandes sucht, der ist hier falsch. Zwar gut an das Öffi-Netz angebunden (Bus vor der Tür, Metro und Straßenbahn 5-10min zu Fuß), benötigt man doch etwa 40 Minuten mit den Öffis zum Meer.

Bon hôtel et très propre. Piscine n’est pas au rdv de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Emplacement un peu excentré pour visiter Valence.
Piscine un peu petite pour la capacité de l’hôtel.

Séjour dans un hôtel moderne au calme très bien situé.
Pros:

On a été accueilli par monsieur Juan qui était très professionnel gentil souriant qui nous a tout expliqué et qui nous accompagne jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour
Nous a mis à l’aise
On regrette pas d’avoir pris l’hébergement level car on a été chouchouté, la dame qui passait tout les soirs pour préparer le lit poser des bouteilles d’eau une attention vraiment très appréciable
Monsieur fran au petit déjeuner qui était vraiment très professionnel et gentil .
L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne , propre ..il mérite 5 étoiles .

Cons:

Le parking à 26 euro la journée très cher par rapport à d’autres hôtels

Ruime Kamers, kwalitatieve service. The Level extra's. Zwembad. Ondergrondse ruime garage als je met de wagen komt.

Cons:

Voor ons beetje te ver van de metro dan ideaal met jonge kinderen, maar dat is muggenziften.

Nice venue would return
Pros:

Central location. Stayed next door on last visit so this year though we would cross the road

Signed in suite very uncomfortable and staff in cocktail bar couldn’t careless as it took over 10 minutes to pay and same for making the cocktails. Having said that restaurant and reception staff were excellent

Geweldig verblijf. We komen hier zeker terug!

Ik had een verrassingsreis voor mijn vriend geregeld en het hotel had de kamer (tegen betaling) echt heel mooi versierd. We kregen ook een prachtige, ruime kamer.

Cons:

Hoewel het hotel prachtig is, vonden wij het teleurstellend dat er geen Chromecast of vergelijkbare streamingoptie op de tv aanwezig was. Daarnaast rook de gang buiten onze hotelkamer helaas dagelijks onaangenaam.

Pros:

Good choice at breakfast. Spacious comfortable room. Nice cocktail bar and food facilities within the hotel.

Cons:

After 4 key cards for my room, it still took up to 9 attempts to open my room door. Unfortunately my room 901 was next to 2 service lifts. At all hours loud conversation could be hear from staff at most parts of the day using this area, as they got on with servicing rooms, delivering towels etc. The air conditioning was weak and did not cool low enough.
