Great rooms on The Level.
Pros:

We had booked this hotel for several days in Valencia and we were on The Level. Staff in the level lounge were very welcoming and it was a lovely lounge. The room we had was amazing. Everything was provided. We had beautiful toiletries, complementary water, and chocolates. We had a drink in the cocktail bar downstairs and that was delicious but very quiet at the time we were there. I must say the staff were very helpful as we didn’t complete our stay here and they really helped out with our bookings. I think this hotel is perfect for a business trip. We had breakfast and we really enjoyed it.

Cons:

I had looked up this hotel and missed that it was in an area quite far from the old town. I felt it didn’t give the true feeling of Valencia. The pool was very small and the sunbeds filled up quickly and I was also disappointed that although it was the beginning of September and very warm that the pool bar was closed.
As it’s the tallest property in Valencia, I believe the corridors are very dark when you come out of the lifts. Although the room was amazing, the air conditioning did not seem great.

sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel.
Pros:

il confort, la posizione, il personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

metterei dei pan cakes, dello yogurt greco, la frutta era senza sapore meglio frutti di stagione.
in camera le cose tipo cotone ecc. il secondo giorno non sono state aggiunte.

Very friendly staff and a very nice experience
Pros:

Staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was good. If you have a room at the level the additional Lounge access and separated breakfast area is very relaxed.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio pero deben cuidar un poco más los detalles.

Cons:

La sensación fue de más a menos a medida que llegué a la habitación. Una vez entré, olor a humedad en el baño (intensa y muy desagradable), el aire acondicionado no era posible regularlo o no funcionaba bien (pasé mucha calor) y el enchufe del secador estaba roto.

El buffet del desayuno estaba bien pero me lo esperaba más completo y con más variedad.
