Never Again
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it has always been a decent, if not fancy place to stay. However, my last visit I was charged $60 extra with no explanation. When I called the hotel, they said it was for “three towels”, with the implication being that I walked off with them. Yes, three crummy hotel towels, which I neither wanted, needed, or took. And I am a rewards member. Of course I have complained, both to the hotel directly, and to Best Western, but to date, the charge has not yet been reversed. Maybe it will, but either way, I definitely will not be staying there again.

All in all, our stay decent. I gave a rating of exceptional only because we stayed for one night. Had we stayed longer,
Pros:

Loved the location. The little town was super cute

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to pay to park there after I had paid for the rooms. I feel like if you are staying there, you shouldn’t have to pay to park. I also hated the beds. The beds were thin and not comfortable, however, we only stayed for one night so it met our needs for the night. The breakfast wasn’t very great either.

Good value for money, great location
Pros:

Nice location, big room with harbour view, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel a bit outdated with some appliances not functioning (yoghurt machine, vending machine).
