大変満足でした

スタッフさんが素晴らしい！
Pros:

受付のスタッフさんが親切でとても気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。子供がインロックをしてしまった際も、去り際に「いつでも呼んでくださいね。」と笑顔で子供を気遣ってくださり、とてもありがたかったです。
また、事前に「全館空調のため、ご不便おかけします」とのひと言があったので、空調に関して不満を持つことはありませんでした。

Cons:

良くなかった点ではなく、要望として書きます。朝食のイチゴドーナツがとても美味しかったのですが、中のジャムが甘すぎて食べ切れなかったので、ジャムなしイチゴドーナツの提供も検討して欲しいです！

とても快適
Pros:

今回で2回目の滞在ですが、スタッフの方がとても親切で、朝のビュッフェも最高でした。アレルギーの子どものことを、前回のデータから覚えていてくださって感激しました。子どもたちもとても喜んでいました。また滞在したいです。ありがとうございました。
