It was chaotic

Cons:

Due to a family emergency, I never entered the room for more than five minutes had to leave returned and left the hotel. I was told that I would get a call back from people making a decision about possible refund. No one ever contact me and I was charged full amount. I'm requesting it reviewed at least at this point and someone returned my call 610 451-4878 Dennis LISZCZ.

It was absolutely horrible!!!
Pros:

The only thing I liked was that it was located on an area that was quiet.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as most hotels we have stayed at. My husband and I stayed for two nights and only got one towel and wash cloth each and then when I asked for another set at 11pm when we got back they were in the dryer and then I went back half hour later they were still wet.
There was no soap in shower or at sink to wash hands. House keeping never came in the room to restock towels, the toilet paper or make the bed.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen.

I booked it because it was cheap and convenient

Cons:

I immediately left, the room was the dirtiest hotel room ever. The lobby was dirty, the floor had garbage all over it and literally everything was stained. There was a stain on all of the pillows and sheets and blankets on both beds, the room smelled horrible. There were men drinking outside for hours. I thought I would throw up from the smell and the stains so I had to book a different hotel. I didn’t even stay the night. Oh and of course the key didn’t work at first, so I had to go back to the desk with all of my stuff when I was in a hurry to get somewhere….
