Pros:

Bed was comfortable, enjoyed the Belgium waffles and sausage. There is more to eat. That's all I had.

Cons:

There wasn't any chair at the desk to sit at and eat. The very small refrigerator was missing a leg. Fridge kept leaning forward.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice, especially if you value your personal belongings, cleanliness, privacy, and being treated with basic human decency.

My husband and I had an absolutely terrible experience at this establishment, and what makes it even more upsetting is that many of the issues we encountered could have been avoided if the employees had demonstrated even the slightest amount of professionalism, respect, and accountability.

To begin with, several of our personal belongings went missing after we were rushed to leave our room. Unfortunately, in the process of trying to gather everything so quickly, my husband and I accidentally left behind a bag containing several valuable and sentimental items. Among those belongings were a brand-new pair of my husband’s sneakers, foreign coins that had been passed down through our family, my Victoria’s Secret undergarments, a vacuum charger, hygiene products, and several other personal items.

We returned to the property no more than an hour later to inquire about our belongings. Rather than receiving any meaningful assistance, we were told that staff would have to look into the situation. Eventually, we were informed that none of our belongings had been found. What makes this even more disturbing is that I later observed other employees in possession of items I recognized as belonging to us. This raised serious concerns about how guests’ personal property is handled and why our belongings were initially reported as missing.

Another issue was the constant feeling of being watched and made uncomfortable. It seemed that nearly every time my husband or I stepped outside our room, employees would suddenly appear. Whether intentional or not, this behavior made us feel as though we had absolutely no privacy.
