Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

The bed was low and sagging. It felt old and worn out. The water pressure was bad and the water didn’t get hot enough in the shower. We were by the ice machine which I thought would be nice but it made a lot of noise and kept my husband awake. The neighbors were loud especially when they were at the ice/vending machines and slamming doors.

It was only a short stay so I didn't complain buit the room had not been fully cleaned.
Pros:

The desk area and light switches were dirty. I had to get a washcloth and wipe them down myself

The convenience; the staff was super friendly and accommodating and the room was set up nicely for people w/ a handicap or disability.

Cons:

Could not open the curtains; hotel needs a little refreshing.
