Diverted to Shannon by Storm Bram after a transatlantic flight. Team were super welcoming and sympathetic, so appreciated their hospitality

Went to the Oakwood with friends a few times recently. Nice atmosphere, Lovely food. The bar is really well laid out, really relaxing. The function room is spacious and good for social gatherings.
Staff are pleasant and service is fast.

This a luxurorious hotel the rooms are very lrarge and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly
There is plenty of parking.
The only comment is thet restauranrt closed a 9pm

I can recommend the hotel to everyone who looking place for a night in Shannon.

We spent a night last weekend and really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for our trip to see Santa in Bunratty Castle. There is plenty of parking, even on a very busy Christmas weekend.

The hotel was decorated beautifully and elegantly for Christmas.

We only had breakfast there, but it was a really nice breakfast.

The breakfast staff, most notably Raoul, were extremely helpful. We were a family of 5, and the only table big enough for us had just been vacated, and Raoul was over really quickly to clean and reset it. He is a credit to your hotel.

We will definitely stay there the next time we are down in the Shannon area.

We had great time friendly staff, my wife uses walking aids and has mobility issues the hotel is perfectly adapted in the bedrooms and loads of space in the restaurant and lobby definitely going to be back

Stayed here at the end our 2-week Ireland vacation to be near the airport for our return trip. Excellent hotel, great newly renovated room and excellent meals.

We had Sunday lunch, chicken burger, chowder, noodles and fish and chips. All the food was lovely. Staff friendly and warm. Ambience great with the Christmas decorations up, very comfortable

Lovely hotel, second time staying here, food is top notch, not too busy, will be booking again soon, the bar staff are a credit to the hotel.

The pictures online look really great! Some are accurate, but we found the hotel lacking. The building is large with plenty of parking. They clearly cater to the business group conferences. The restaurant server did not know the menu & couldn't answer basic menu queries, we were served spoiled wine that smelled like vinegar, food was expensive but acceptable. We arrived after a long day of travel only to find mold on the shower door & NO hot water. The room was spacious, but beds were not very comfortable.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located and set in a lovely building with real character. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended - great value and a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.

We got a family room for 2 adults 3 kids which isn't always easy to find. The room was lovely, beds cosy, bathroom nice fixtures and fittings. There were bottles of waywr left for us as well. Checking was easy and friendly. We ate in the Bistro everyone was very happy with their meal.
Perfect location for shannon airport or the surrounding area and a great price.
