L'emplacement

Ceci n'est pas une critique, mais plutôt quelques remarques constructives qui pourraient aider à améliorer le confort des clients.

Nous avons constaté beaucoup de bruit provenant de l'extérieur pendant la nuit. L'hôtel semble également avoir besoin de quelques rafraîchissements. Une forte odeur de canalisation était présente dans la douche, où il manque également un porte-savon. Nous avons remarqué la présence d'un mégot de cigarette sous le radiateur de la salle de bain, ce qui laisse penser qu'un contrôle plus attentif du nettoyage pourrait être bénéfique. Enfin, la chambre était particulièrement chaude et l'absence de ventilateur a rendu le séjour moins confortable.

Ces observations sont partagées dans un esprit constructif afin d'aider le responsable ou l'hôtelier à identifier les points pouvant être améliorés.

Gute Lage zur Erkundung von Strasbourg
Pros:

Hotel mit guter Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt.
Sehr nettes Personal! Zimmer einfach, aber sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende ideal.

Cons:

Es müsste nur mal der Duschkopf ausgetauscht werden (musste man beim Duschen halten). Sonst war alles okay!

Séjour culturel riche et varié Agréable promenade en bateau .
Pros:

Quartier vivant ,animé très proche du centre que l'on pouvait rejoindre à pieds ou par bus ;possibilité de réserver une place de parking .

Lokalizacja blisko komunikacji miejskiej, sklepu, restauracji, około 25 min spacerem do centrum. Pokój oraz toaleta czyste, zadbane, komplet kosmetyków, ręczników, wytarczająco dużo mebli, TV, wi-fi. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Dostępna winda.

Cons:

Utrudniony dostęp na parter hotelu dla wózków - kilka schodów. Czasem brak obsługi w recepcji. Jakość śniadania wobec ceny 11€ zbyt niska, mały wybór produktów, potraw.
