This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is not clean, the facilities are in very poor condition, and the overall standard is unacceptable.

We had to change rooms more than six times, but unfortunately, every room we were given was either as bad as or worse than the previous one. The beds and bedding were extremely concerning, and we found what appeared to be fleas/bedbugs (puces) in the beds. This made it impossible to sleep comfortably and left us extremely worried about hygiene.

The bathrooms were also in very poor condition, with old and poorly maintained facilities. There was no fridge in the room, which is a serious inconvenience, especially for a family staying several days.

Despite repeatedly asking for a suitable and clean room, the situation was never properly resolved. Changing rooms six or more times should never be necessary in a hotel.

The pictures and description do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The level of cleanliness, maintenance and hygiene is far below an acceptable standard.

We strongly recommend that Booking.com and the hotel management take this situation seriously and inspect the rooms and bedding properly. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to other travellers.
