Pros:

Staff and location were fantastic. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Room and bathroom were small, but clean. I would recommend they replace hard mattresses and worn carpet. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Nice Hotel in great ski in/out location
Pros:

Great little hotel with nice facilities in the heart of 1850. Excellent staff who really look after you. Only minor negative is limited evening meal offering but you are in 1850 so plenty of options close by. Excellent Ski room/ hire on site and nice spa- overall would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Chalet Like Hotel
Pros:

A small hotel (31 rooms) it is wonderful. Very welcoming staff abd the room was lovely. Wood floors that kibd of creek making it feel like a real chalet. Breakfast buffet was great and the food at dinner was delitious (i only had soups and a couple of starters). Their chauffeurs who can drive you anywhere within 1850, are super nice and helpful as was the guy in thw ski room. I had 3 lovely massages which would have been perfect were it not for loud americans who feel it necessary to talk in their cell while in a serene type environment. I would recommend some no cell phone signs!! Otherwise a perfect stay and I highly recommend it.
