Excellent front desk service
Pros:

I arrived in Guam on March 14th. The night clerk, Memorean, was excellent.She was extremely helpful throughout my 7 night stay. She is an excellent example of customer service.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Wyndham Garden Guam. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Memoreen Nakamura at the Front Desk for her excellent customer service and for assisting with my room reservation. She was very professional, responsive, and welcoming, making the entire process smooth. Her dedication made my stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

The services there is very good especially staff at the front desk specifically Ms Nakamura who is very friendly and helpful to her customers. Always smiling and greeting customers making them feel safe and at home

Convenient location to airport. Wish a shuttle was offered, but great stay otherwise.
Pros:

Super easy to book and check in. Close to the airport. Friendly staff and nice to chat with—he scheduled a taxi pickup for me.

Cons:

I wish there were a shuttle or affordable taxi. The toilet sprayed when I flushed. I didn't love the lighting in the room, but that's a minor detail. I didn't try the food, so no feedback on that.

Perfecto!
Pros:

I didn't expect much but overall it was way beyond expectations for at least a short stay. I definitely enjoyed my me-time and got know about the amenities and the nearby beach.

Cons:

Well, not much but there was no potable water dispenser in the room.
