Please note that the Farnham Estate health spa and hydrotherapy pool is an adult-only facility. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the spa or swimming pool. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in Ireland nestled in an amazing scenic and peaceful surrounds.
The spa and pool are amazing!
There were some issues with customer service both in the spa and in the restaurant, but it was a busy day.

Attended a two day wedding here. Staff and setting was lovely along with the food all weekend.
It was a warm weekend and not having any air-con in rooms was very uncomfortable. Would be good to have children times in the pool area, we would visit again if this was the case.

Love the pool bed very comfortable staff in spa very nice and bartenders love place.
Went for meal in maxwells food was fab but there was flies everywhere and when we said it the head hostess she said she had to have the door open .i couldnt wait to get out but staff were friendly and nice .

The shower was quite nice too, lacked power but felt nice anyways with the huge shower head.
The bar service was terrible....
The bar food wasn't very good either, my wife's steak on her steak sandwich was like a slipper, also i advised her not to order it as the table in front had 3 people just send theirs back....
I had received and eaten my side before I had to ask for the burger I had ordered...
The staff, however, we're lovely but just a bit overwhelmed, it seemed.
They didn't even ask my wife why she barely touched her sandwich, just took it away and charged the full €22.
Also, waiting for a drink in the cedar for way too long because the bar was 'backed up' wasn't the 4 star experience you would expect..
The room itself had no air conditioning or fridge...
For the price, you would it imagine it would, as the room was quite open and spacious and lovely, just also quite stifling and we didn't want to keep bothering the staff to keep bringing up ice (the ice machine on our floor was gone)
The breakfast was extremely standard. I found it wasn't bad by any means but was just......grand.
I ordered an omelette, and it was extremely bland and had very little ham or cheese in it.
All in all I have been to cheaper hotels with better facilities in the rooms, better food for the prices and better service over all.
Would not return or recommend it, which is a shame because it has such nice potential

Staff in the restaurant could be trained a little more as one staff completely pored a drink over my boyfriend we wore also waiting like 20/25 mins every time we ordered a drink other than that hotel was amazing!
The spa was lovely, views were great, food was impeccable.
Drinks service was slow.
