还是很不错的酒店～

After a grueling week of work in Paris, this was a quick 3 day ski trip before heading back home to NY, and this hotel did everything right. Very comfortable room with a spectacular view of the slopes, nice amenities, perfect breakfast before heading out for a day of skiing, nice bar with a fireplace to relax away from the crowds of British bros in town, convenient ski room, good location in the center of Val Claret village, close walking distance to the main lifts .. I could go on. But for the hotel itself, you can't go wrong if you're not into the whole ski chalet rental thing and you're just one or a couple of people. Highly recommended, and I'd re-book in a heartbeat for a ski trip in TIgnes.

Great location, just across the road is Ski One hire shop, the centre of the village and the piste to ski down to Fresse, Bollin and Lanches chair lifts each morning. Minimal walking required. Ski back down Tufs each night to return directly to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed bedrooms - with baths with showers over.

Fabulously friendly and helpful staff - Chef Patron, reception, breakfast (delicious and extensive - continental and cooked, with Nespresso Coffees and selection of Teas and infusions) & bar and House Keeping Staff. Made for a pleasurable stay! Thank you!

Will most definitely be returning when next in Val Claret - no question.

From the moment we arrived this hotel ticked every box. Wonderful staff, excellent and very clean rooms, sensational breakfasts and great ski boot room. Excellent access to the slopes and surrounding restaurants and bars. Staff went the extra mile and I hope to return to this hotel next year.

Great place to stay for excellent location to lifts, shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a great selection of foods and the staff was extremely helpful. Sauna and steam area was good. The only negative I had was the comments listed Self Parking, which I took as parking was included, it actually means you have to park/pay for parking at the public parking structure. It is not free.

Nice hôtel close to the slopes and the restaurants

Very comfortable hotel located conveniently to the restaurants, bars and easy access to pistes possible to ski to within 20 metres of the hotel.

Rooms were perfect for a single stay, compact but well appointed, very clean and up to date and refreshingly modern style.

The hotel served a good breakfast, it doesn't serve dinner but there are plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel.

All the staff were great and helpful, definitely will return.

Our group of 8 family and friends had a brilliant 5 night stay at this small family run hotel which is just a small uphill walk to the slopes. Top marks for customer service, staff friendliness (and that's all staff included), location, size comfort and cleanliness of the prestige rooms our group stayed in, the comprehensive breakfast, bar (although it closes at 9 pm it was not a problem for us) and ski room (though perhaps a bit more seating space to wrestle with ski boots on a morning would be helpful). Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel and the owner clearly takes a personal and professional pride in ensuring the highest standards are maintained. There is also a spa, hot tub and fitness room although none of our group had time to enjoy these facilities they looked excellent. Whilst the hotel does not operate a restaurant you can order room service from an extensive menu which was enjoyed by a couple of our group to their complete satisfaction. The hotel has a discount arrangement with the Ski One rental shop which s just a few steps away and the service provided here was impeccable. All in all a fantastic stay in every account and even the snow conditions were perfect!

El hotel es muy bonito , limpio , excelentes habitaciones y lo principal un personal muy amable, el desayuno bufete muy rico y está muy bien ubicado , a nosotros nos encantó , obvio regresaríamos al hotel sin pensarlo

The room is great size, the bathroom looks modern, the toilet is in a separate room.
Overall, location to ski lifts is very good. Also very close to all the bars and restaurants!

Lovely, friendly small hotel in the heart of Tignes - Val Claret. So easy to get everywhere, surrounded by plenty of restaurant choices and some shopping. Great ski storage and it only takes a minute to get to a choice of 4 ski lifts ! You can book parking and ski lifts with the hotel (parking isn't cheap but it's under cover)
Hotel has great facilities and is clean and very tastefully done. Could have done with tea/coffee facilities in room. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The Spa is we'll equipped with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - great to relax after a days skiing.
Overall highly recommended.

Had a great stay at this hotel - spend 4 nights here, skiing in Val Claret / Tignes. Can't beat the price for the value and location and amenities you get here. Highly recommend for all wanting a beautiful space to stay while enjoying the French Alps!
