Pros:

Very clean, safe, in a great location with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast.
What makes this place exceptional is the wonderful staff. Shout-out to Keeshea, Dale, Mario, and Gael: Thank you!

Cons:

Only two things come to mind:
1. The pillows are not that great.
2. The parking app/qr code is a little difficult to navigate. But the staff at the front desk was quick to help!

A 10/10 experience - I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. We were traveling with a dog, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly — everything was handled with no issues at all.
The location is excellent — convenient and close to everything we needed, with restaurants nearby - even within walking distance. Parking is available and well monitored.

H town Excellent!
Pros:

Very clean, this property represents itself just like the photos on booking.com shows. Pool water and hot tub was crystal clear and clean . Gym area clean gym bathroom clean . Rooms clean and no smells. Staff were excellent. This place represents the Hilton brand. We stayed here because Hilton Embassy suites down the street was a huge misrepresentation of its property. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn for a great stay in Houston.

Pros:

The location of thr hotel was very good. Nearby alot of places to have good food and walking distance The Galleria Mall.

Cons:

I requested to check out 1 hour after the check out time and was told that have to pay $50/ room even when I had the king suite and I am a Hilton Honor member also. I was really disappointed with the staff at the front desk where as when I was booking the rooms I was told that I could check out a bit late. Really disappointed with this check out issue.
