Cons:

No water supply for almost a day. couldn’t watch the World Cup game due to their technical issues. When asked for help, staff misbehaved and hang up the phone on my face.

Pros:

I never leave review but this property was even better than the photos. Everything was so nice we were super impressed with this hotel. We pulled in and were already blown away. We walked in and everything was nice and clean .

The lobby looked like we were staying at a high end hotel. They even had excellent snack and drink choices. They even had cold can beer to enjoy by the pool. The staff was so nice and there was always someone near by the help when needed . The staff communicated effectively and efficiently and made sure we were well taken care of . This property even had a full restaurant and bar.

This property resembles the Hilton Island resort in Galveston, Tx which made it feel like we were on vacation. The pool/ hot tub area was cleaned. The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean nothing was missed or dirty by the cleaning staff. This hotel even has a microwave / mini fridge. The bathroom provided makeup wipes which was a major bonus for me!!

Cons:

The only thing I did not like about the property was the parking price of $25 per day which I think was a little high
