Destacar a Luis y Pedro, dos grandes profesionales y súper amables en todo momento. Dentro de un personal muy dispuesto a solucionar toda circunstancia. Enhorabuena. También hay que hablar del desayuno extraordinario. Una forma magnífica de empezar el día.

Pros:

Personnel au top. Style et confort de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner.
Les petites piscines sur les toits: très agréables!
Très bon rapport qualité prix au final.

Cons:

Les odeurs dans les patio… un peu trop puissant et pas très naturelles.
Chambre avec une petite fenêtre sur la rue. Mais au final assez calme quand même.

Super hôtel, confome à la description. Service excellent, beaucoup de petites attention qui font la différence. Le lieu est vraiment un savant mélange entre moderne et historique et la position est parfaite pour visiter Seville à pied. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Cons:

La chambre attribuée n'avait qu'une petite ouverture sur l'extérieur donc aucune vue.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Perfectly situated, the location made walking to most attractions both easy and enjoyable, allowing us to fully experience the charm of Seville. Every member of the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive.

Our room, along with the entire facility, was kept immaculate throughout our stay. We also chose to include breakfast, and it exceeded all expectations—not only in quality and variety, but also in the warmth and hospitality of the staff each morning.

As a thoughtful touch, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne on our second-to-last day, which truly elevated an already wonderful experience.

If available, this is absolutely a must-stay when visiting Seville.

Great hotel. Loved our room. Staff was exceptional. Sevilla is a bucket list location. And hotel was walking distance to everything. Rooftop pool and bar service was very unique.
