Immer wieder gern 🤗
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zu Volksparkstadion und Landungsbrücken. S-/U-Bahn in nur wenigen Metern vorhanden. Leckeres Frühstück und schöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Zimmer zur S-Bahnseite...mit offenen Fenstern leider sehr laut. Klimaanlage war ausgefallen, dafür wurden uns die Parkplatzkosten erlassen

Sehr klein, große Glasfront zum Bad eher störend, wenn Jemand Abends auf Toilette muss und das Kind schlagen soll.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wahnsinnig groß und für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Es war draußen sehr heiß und entsprechend auch warm und stickig in den Zimmern. Von den drei kleinen Fenstern konnte man leider nur eines anklappen. Die anderen beiden waren kaputt, wobei nur eines als defekt vom Hotel deklariert wurde.

Tolles Gebäude mit toller Bar und viel Leben auf dem Grün drumherum.
Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Cons:

Ein Upgrade, als gut Nachricht verpackt in die 35 Grad heiße Suite, hat uns über eine Stunde Check- In gekostet. Gerne wären wir anstelle in den Spa. Keine Klimaanlage.

niente. non ho nemmeno dormito visto che avevano aria condizionata rotta e ci è stato detto dopo che siamo entrati in possesso della camera con ilm personale molto maleducato. ci siamo fatti rendere i soldi e siamo andati in cerca di un'altro hotel

Sehr angenehm für ein Wochenendtrip
Pros:

Die Decken auf den Betten, aber generell die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Alles mega sauber, super Spiegel im Badezimmer. Mega Lage, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und schnell bei den Stadien wenn man ein Konzert besuchen möchte.

Perfekt für einen Kurztripp aber auch längeren Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage. Fussläufige Bahn- und Busstation. Sehr grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Auswahl. Dazu kommen noch die langen Frühstückszeiten- auch was für Langschläfer.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was really good. It has all that one could wish for - and even more 🙂.
The location next to the Sternschanze u-bahn is perfect and with the private parking garage one doesn't need to drive around Hamburg to do sightseeing.
