Tolle und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Das Hotel als solches im Wasserturm ist einfach toll und außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Kopfkissen war nicht sehr bequem. Bettdecke verlor Federn.

Ein tolles und außergewöhnliches Hotel mit super Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln und zur Schanze
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer in der 9. Etage, großes Bad. Tolle Aussicht über Hamburg. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Parkplatz und Frühstück unverhältnismäßig teuer.

God udsigt fra værelserne.

Generelt rigtig dårlig service.
Ved indtjek blev vi tjekket ind i forkert navn. Det var et nyt personale og hun var sød og hjalp efter bedste evne.
Vi havde inden skrevet vi havde elbil og spurgt om mulighed for at oplade, hvilket vi fik bekræftet. Da vi kommer frem kan vi ikke oplade bil. Personalet siger de vil løse det, men vi ender med selv at skulle finde en løsning. Vi skriver endda igen til hotellet men uden svar.
Ved tjek ud skal vi betale turistskat, hvilket vi spørger ind til. Vi når ikke at snakke færdigt før at receptionisten afbryder med en meget ubehagelig tone.

For pengene havde jeg forventet mere.

Cons:

Handtücher die angefragt wurden die es nicht gab. Sehr kleines Bett- hatten ein Kind dabei das war nicht eingeplant im Zimmer, Fitnessgerät kaputt

Pros:

Alles, was man von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann, würde bei meinem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt dort übertroffen. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Service, sehr gute Sauberkeit, angenehmes, einzigartiges Ambiente. Gut an S-Bahn und U-Bahn angebunden. Das Frühstück ist großartig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe ist die Anwesenheit von unangenehmen Personen/ Drogendealern im umgebenden Park und vor der S-Bahn denen man bewusst aus dem Weg gehen muss.. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts für.

Direkt an der U- und S-Bahn. Frühstück bietet sehr große Auswahl und ist sehr schmackhaft. Architektonisch eine Meisterleistung.
