Kurz, schön und empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Lage, Architektur und Ausstattung sehr gut. Auch die Erreichbarkeit per U- oder S-Bahn sehr gut. Der Park vor dem Haus ist sehr schön und gibt eine noch bessere Ambiance. Hätte gerne noch einen Prospekt vom Hotel gehabt mit der Geschichte vom Umbau. Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich umfangreich und qualitativ top. Auch zum Essen auf der Terrasse war sehr schön. Lobenswert war auch, dass sie das Zimmer nicht gemacht haben, als ich das wünschte. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist ein empfehlenswertes Angebot.

Es war alles Bestens und wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab sowohl warme als auch kalte Speisen, sowie Obst und Säfte.
Die Lage war für uns ideal, sehr nahe zur S-Bahn und insgesamt zentral in der Stadt gelegen.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Zudem auch die Frühstückszeiten, sei es am Wochenende, wo man am Samstag bis 12:00 Uhr und am Sonntag sogar bis 13:00 Uhr frühstücken konnte. Zudem war auch die Zeit für das Checkout hervorragend (12:00 Uhr). Super Service, wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Pros:

Das Haus besticht durch seine Geschichte als ehemaliger Wasserturm. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Dicht am öffentlichen Nahverkehr und auf einem Hügel gelegen ist die Lage hervorragend. Man genießt einen wundervollen Blick auf die Stadt .
Barrierefreier Zugang über eine Rolltreppe ist ein großes Plus dieses wunderschönen Hotels.

Der Turm generell war sehr schön

Cons:

Die Lage, Gegend, furchtbar. Es stinkt nach pisse, viele obdachlose und "linke" Bettler ( scheint ihre berufliche Tätigkeit zu sein). Dadurch verliert das Hotel an Charme

Sehr schön im grünen gelegenes Hotel. S- und U- Bahnstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schanzenviertel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von den oberen Zimmern hat man einen schönen Blick auf Hamburg. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da.

Lohnenswert. Tolle Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bad ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Man konnte sogar noch extra Kissen bestellen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Hotel im Wasserturm ist an und für sich bereits etwas spezielles und die Lobby sehr schön gemacht. Das "Business Center" bewährt sich auch wenn man kurz ruhig an den Laptop muss. Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut ideal.

Cons:

Obwohl es 3 Lifte hat, kam es öfters zu Wartezeiten. Aber noch im Rahmen.
