Mooie plem, jammer van de rest.
Pros:

Het ontbijt en de gastvrijheid van de horecamedewerker. De kamer is eenvoudig ingericht, schoon, en het bed slaapt prima.

Cons:

Inchecken op een tablet onder begeleiding van de receptiemedewerker. Knettergek. Laat die mensen gewoon zelf eer hebben van hun werk. Uitchecken onpersoonlijk via de tablet, geen ruimte voor vragen (stuur mail) of meteen factuur op bedrijfsnaam (stuur mail). GEEN airco op de kamer!!! Ook geen stopcontacten naast het bed.
Gelukkig had ik een kamer met schuifpui zodat ik het 's nachts kon laten afkoelen, anders was het te warm geweest om te slapen.
Keuken dicht na 21u. Ook geen mogelijkheid meer voor een dessert. Alleen nog borrelbites. Erg vervelend als je later aankomt of terug komt. Ongeïnteresseerd avondploeg. Ik kom hier waarschijnlijk niet terug.

Pros:

Large and quiet rooms, hotel far from Utrecht exhibition center, but easy to reach by bus (30 minutes). Good breakfast.

Origineel theaterhotel maar niet zo klimaatbestendig
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel was perfect voor ons. Helemaal leuk was de combinatie met bioscoop en theater: zo konden we spontaan nog een theatervoorstelling zien terwijl we nog geen 20 meter van onze kamer vandaan waren!

Cons:

De kamer had voor de klasse een absurd kleine badkamer! Veel loze ruimte in de kamer zelf, en een krappe badkamer: dat kan beter, lijkt me. Het feit dat een kamer op de bovenverdieping met één grote raamwand geen airco of hittewerende schermen heeft, maakte voor mij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding scheef.

uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijtbuffet . zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel in het hotel als in de bar.

geen grote tegenvallers het vermedlen waard

Prima kamer, wel veel herrie, dure parking
Pros:

De kamer was ruim de bedden fijn.

Cons:

Van te voren contact gehad over de parking. Ze hadden alleen verzuimd te vermelden dat deze €19 kost voor 1 dag!
Er was heel veel herrie op straat en geen airco. Slapen met raam open was dus geen optie waardoor we in een behoorlijk warme kamer lagen.
De douche wisselde steeds van temperatuur.

Alles bij elkaar: ontvangst, kamer, grand café (we hebben daar 's avonds gegeten), vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt, bagage opslagservice.

Could be great with the right room (I suppose)
Pros:

Make sure to NOT take a room on the side of the street as there is much street noise in the night.
Was woken up multiple times by this (windows closed).
It was great having the cinema close (went for a movie with the kids asleep).
Location is good, everything was clean.
The people working there are very helpful.
The breakfast was ok.

It got me wondering at which point it starts to feel cheap.
- The Fridge was goon "we're a green hotel"
- no more people a the reception (efficiency or something I guess)
- (not in this hotel) we only will clean your room when explicitly asked

This hotel does not feel cheap, rather luxurious of times.
