Customer service is always clean excellent

Cons:

The next day, the price went up due to concert when I’m already have a room. I wish they honored the previous price since I was already in my room, but they did try to accommodate the best they can. Besides the price hike , place is excellent. I would recommend to anyone to come and stay..

It was easy for a last minute booking.
Pros:

That it was clean. We had a good size room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The description of the room said that it had a bathtub. But it did not.

I wouldn’t stay there again, but the costs were reasonable.
Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly but I booked a handicap room and was given a regular room. I had to go back to the front desk to get the room I originally booked.

Cons:

This hotel has some serious maintenance issues. The carpets were stained, repairs made to our bathroom were not professionally done. The floor baseboards were dirty on the top and the shower/tub caulking was black in areas. Our shower ventilation didn’t seem to work.
Our room was clean but the furniture worn a bit.
The hotel is right next to the freeway so you have cars zooming past during the day and evening. If a car ever crashed and rolled over it would end up in the parking lot right out your window.

Overall ok for a night stay only.
Pros:

I love the breakfast and its location that is close to HardRock Live. I did use the pool but it is a very small pool

Cons:

Our room had very poor wifi connection. The bathroom sink drain was draining so slow we could not brush our teeth using the sink. We also had continuous running water with the toilet.
