Hotel located 4 mins to CoCo Park mall. Very convenient. Location also near high speed train to Hkg. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Only the pillow is alittle too flat .

Good location and fair price. Breakfast is very good, many choices for food. Very noisy at night due to club nearby.
The hotel and the staff are incredible, the only downside is that in the next block there are a couple of night clubs which are very noisy.

Centrally located in the financial district and close to the metro and shopping; great breakfast options, clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were kind, patient, and helpful, willing to assist with package shipping, late checkout was granted for member. Very satisfied and will return!

Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!
Firstly I highly rate the staff. They are polite and helpful. Fast check-in. I was in the twins bedroom, room is nice and bright, clean washroom.
I was suprised how close this property was from the metro station and Coco Shopping Centre and bars. Great location, great staff.
Fantastic stay in the hotel. Great room, very comfortable, was able to control the air conditioning and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I can remember.
