This place has really gone downhill recently.

Arrived late, as arranged to find an incompetent man on reception.
We requested a Double room and a second room with two single beds for our family group..
The single bedded room had two single beds pushed together and made up with a double sheet and double quilt - hence not two singles. We were told it was two single beds so that was ok for the two young men to sleep together with one quilt.
We were given spare bedding and expected to make the beds ourselves we had to get very annoyed before it was finally rectified and the beds eventually made up correctly by staff- we were exhausted after 14hrs of travelling and this could have been resolved better by the hotel.

Wir haben einen Upgrade auf ein Superior-Zimmer erhalten. War sehr geräumig und schön. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl und war lecker.

Cons:

Zu Fuss etwas weit vom See entfernt.

Point d'amélioration:
Mieux informer + identifier le boîtier du code de l'hôtel pour le parking souterrain. Très appréciable par ailleurs.
