Tolles Hotel in Aix les bains.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sauber. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, für einen fairen Preis verfügbar.
Gutes Frühstück.
Sensationelle Fernseher (viele und teilweise sehr große ) im Bewirtungsraum.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eiskalt, weil die Klimaanlage falsch eingestellt war.
Nach dem Ausschalten der Klimaanlage wurde es langsam gemütlich 😃

todo espectacular, ubicación, confort y limpieza

Cons:

solo por poner una pega: a la sala de gimnasio le faltaría un poco de cuidado (las máquinas no funcionaban bien) y no estarían de más algunas pesas

Attention le parking est payant et peut être complet à votre arrivée

Cons:

Méfiez vous de ce qu’il y a noté lors de la réservation. Nous recherchions un hôtel à Aix les bains, nous trouvons Urban hôtel en plein centre ville. La seule condition important pour choisir l’hôtel était la présence d’un parking. Super il est noté sur booking à plusieurs reprises qu’il y a plusieurs parking dont un payant. Nous avons été surpris lors de notre arrivée le parking était complet et d’ailleurs il n’y a qu’un seul parking qui est payant. La personne à l’accueil nous a affirmé que l’hôtel n’était pas responsable de ce qui était noté sur booking (donc qui est responsable ??). C’est inadmissible qu’il n’y ait pas de parking au prix de 165€ la nuit, d’autant plus que c’est un des éléments clés noté sur la réservation ! A ce prix là nous aurions mieux fait de prendre un hôtel en périphérie nous aurions payé moins cher et nous aurions eu un parking.

La chambre agréable au dernier étage
au calme. Lit confortable. L'hôtel est dans le centre ville, proche de la gare, des commerces et des restaurants.

Cons:

L'hôtel est proche de la gare mais nous n'avions pas fait attention à la distance avec le lac (35 mn à pied). Nous avons utilisé les bus (5-10mn, peu chers) et c'était parfait

Habituellement je passe passe par le site de l hôtel pour réserver.
Je suis peut être manche, mais J ai du passer par un site pour avoir la chambre.
