Pros:

Property was good. Good location, good views.

Cons:

A few stains on the carpet in our room, the refrigerator no matter how low or high the temperature was set on, froze and ruined food we had stored in there and busted multiple drinks.

Had a really great time!
Pros:

The location was better than expected, the pool was very nice, the room was nice

Cons:

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the patio door was very heavy and slammed. The restaurant downstairs was smelly and could use a good cleaning.

We enjoyed the stay, but would have like if the property was in better condition
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and overall location. Staff was pleasant

Cons:

Thought the carpet in the room was pretty dirty and the bathroom wasn’t really clean. Hallways and some of the facility decor looked dated. I thought the price was outrageous for the quality received.

Not sure if the restaurant attached to the property is owned by the hotel, but we had a rude experience. We went later at night and wanted to get a little bite and some drinks. There were people still being served. Initially couldn’t find someone who worked there and so we just sat down and waited for someone. We were ignored and when we got someone’s attention to ask if they were still serving, they just shook their head and said no. Meanwhile another table was just served drinks. Not really impressed.

It was satisfactory at best, too pricey for the property!

I had a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

Just back from 5 day stay very disappointed in this property! Will start with good.
The good. It’s clean, location right on beach easy access. Front desk staff friendly.
The bad. Parking 2 blocks away! If you need towels after 2 pm the front desk doesn’t have them. The maid service wanted to clean our room at 830 every morning we asked them to do it later our room never got cleaned entire trip! Was like pooling teeth to get towels. Our neighbors scope bottle was already open and partially used when they got to there room! They said there room was not clean! Now to the on-site restaurant we attend Jelly Roll concert and had planned to eat at the restaurant after concert says open till 2am. We arrived at 11pm. Sign said seat yourself after 15 minutes of being totally ignored and watching the waitress party with a group of people watching the NBA basketball game we left! This could be a good hotel not great however stay somewhere else for what I paid ver very disappointed!

The beds were amazing. Very comfortable. Everything was clean.

They did not have complimentary breakfast. Pool was VERY cold. During our stay the pool ranged between 58 and 65 degrees.

Excellent Service and Stay
Pros:

The Surfbreak hotel offered exceptional service from check in through departure. All of the staff was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay seamless. In the lobby there was fruit, granola bars water bottles and coffee/tea everyday. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a lovely view of the ocean and could walk or bike on the boardwalk steps away. The bed was comfortable and shower head perfect. The outdoor pool was steps from the beach. The Calypso restaurant is right on site and offers a yummy new Mediterranean/American menu. Shops, restaurants and all conveniences are a walk away. We give 5 stars!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the view from my room. I may come back to this hotel next time
Pros:

I liked the ocean view from my room. The location was very convenient with easy access to the beach. The hotel offered free bottles of water, coffe and some fruits all day. Also, I liked there is a restaurant-bar at the hotel

The elevators are small and one was broken

Pros:

Location the scene of the ocean from balcony everything.

Cons:

Shower could have had a little more pressure. The toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush. But not a big deal.
