I liked the ocean view and the mini refrigerator because it was cold.

Cons:

I didn't like the room. Didn't look like the picture from booking. The balcony door wouldn't look and it was dirty. All the windows where dirty. The landscaping was poor. The hallways and stairways where not vacuumed and clean. Housekeeping didn't work two days. Front desk didn't answer the phone or was barley at the front. Our key had to be reprogrammed because it wouldn't work. The plumbing was bad. Water wouldn't get hot. The internet service sucked. Breakfast is not provided free and the parking lot is too small. It was my wife birthday week and the hotel sucked badly. We will not be returning and will not recommend it to others. Truthfully we deserve a refund back and y'all need to renovate the whole building. The dressers wouldn't close.

The stay was okay due to the weather.
Pros:

The location and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The room we had the ocean view was right on top of the restaurant so not a beautiful view. The toilet halfway wanted to flush the room next door keep banging when the wind blow. Then the key keep locking us out the room

I like the location, convenient and right on the water for a decent price.

Cons:

Bug bites all over my body, there was patch spots everywhere must be water damage, and I hated how you had to park a block away.

The room was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was effortless. The on-site restaurant had great food. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The entrance/hotel lobby and hallways were outdated and dirty. And the staff, although very welcoming and friendly, was always at the main entrance smoking cigarettes.
