Pros:

The ocean view

Cons:

Carpet dirty, doors had gaps, water pressure in bath noe adequate and TV, microwave on extension cords, iron dirty. Hotel needs renovation bad.

I like it’s close by the beach and stores otherwise the hotel I was not happy with 😞

Cons:

What you guys show on picture didn’t look like what I see when I get there. Didn’t like how the bathroom toilet was not working properly the chair was stain the furniture was rip off on the side the coffee machine was not working correctly and the carpet was looking stained you guys was not kind enough to even offered me a different room. 😞

I actually really enjoyed the visit
Pros:

The people were sweet. Always cleaning. My room was super quiet. We had and end room ocean facing. They did not change linen daily. Maybe that was my fault. I didn’t ask that it be done. Beds super comfortable. The beach was pretty dead which was nice. Not so crowded.

Cons:

It was warm in the hallways. The parking was a distance but they let you unload the car and into the room then you take your car to parking spot.

Overall, it was a very nice location and decent stay.
Pros:

Cons:

The parking was not in the premises, you had to walk a block. The laundry room was too small with 2 washers and one dryer, the 2nd one was out of service. The ice maker in our floor was broken halfway of our stay. The toilet was very slow to flush.

It was easy to book.It was very clean and the location was excellent

Cons:

We checked out at 5 am and there was not any staff at all at the front desk, and we called and called.But nobody ever came, so we left.

Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay. Fairly decent accommodations.
Pros:

Location, front desk staff, accommodation of my room level request/preference, allowed to check in a little earlier

Cons:

Cleaning staff friendliness. They weren't mean but they definitely weren't friendly and didn't believe in returning greetings. Not a single one that I smiled at and spoke to. Lack of parking on the property. But the offsite parking wasn't too far away and not hard to find a space so it worked out.

Cons:

First of all when we got there the rooms weren't ready on time second they kept on giving us the wrong keys for the different rooms two or three times second dog barking all night couldn't sleep from a dog barking

A great place! A must if you're planning a Virginia Beach vacation!
Pros:

Every staff member that we came in contact with with very friendly. Rooms were a nice size and all rooms faced the ocean/beach! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day in the lobby. Coffee was very good!!

Cons:

There could have been better lighting in the bathroom. Seemed quite dark in there. Also, more racks in the bathroom to hang towels and hooks on the bathroom door would be helpful.

I recommend it.
Pros:

The location was perfect!! The restaurant/bar was a plus! The music was a highlight for sitting on the balcony. Staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The parking was the only thing I didn't like. You have to walk a block away to park.

Overall a great stay!! I would recommend your Hotel.
Pros:

Nice quiet oceanfront room. The AC worked great and the room was clean. I enjoyed having the morning coffee. View from room was great. The food selection in restaurant to me was not that good. I didn't eat there. The entire staff was friendly and all treated me very well.

Cons:

When I booked online it had an option for a extra bed. I checked the box and told them my grand daughter was an 8 year old. When I arrived they said that no bed was available so my grand daughter slept with us. I wasn't too happy about that . Also 2 of our 3 day stay we had to go to the office for towels and wash cloths.
