Pros:

I love how attentive the staff was to my needs. They went above & beyond to accommodate our stay.

Cons:

The only thing I wish they offered was a Continental style breakfast. They did offer fruit, coffee & tea.....but that was it.

Love the location right in front of the beach

Cons:

We stay here every year for spring break but this year was our last! The pool is never open & you would think the price we pay for the room, they offer free breakfast. Staff is cool, & rooms are clean. The balcony was a tad bit dirty.

The property was very clean

Cons:

When entering in the room at night there’s no switch to turn the lights on. You have to turn the little lamps on by the bed which is not much lighting and also the bathroom lights are very dimmed and on my floor room 312 you really couldn’t enjoy the view of the beach because the big air-conditioned unit is in the way but other than that it was it was pretty chill there it was comfortable nice and pleasant. oh, and be careful because the little mini refrigerator will fall out of the the wall up under the cabinet.

Pros:

The staff was all exceptionally friendly and very helpful they were the best part of the experience

Cons:

There were ants and flys in my room and multiple things that were broken and run down. For the rate I paid I had a higher expectation of how my room would be. The parking being at another location when arriving was very confusing there was nowhere to park on arrival and I had to run in to find out where I had to go.

The location was seafront so perfect for those wanting this.

Cons:

Nowhere to grab breakfast in the hotel but eateries surrounding. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and the insect shield on the balcony door fell off and hit my daughter on the head. It’s light so luckily didn’t cause injury!
