Mal wieder schön, aber viel Potential für besser…
Pros:

Das east ist in Hamburg hat Tradition, gute Lage, tolles Essen, nettes Team.

Cons:

Wasserbett nie wieder. Heizung auf dem Zimmer ging trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption leider nicht. Und irgendwie müsst Ihr die Zimmer mal renovieren, der Style hat sich abgenutzt, ein neuer Schick würde dem Hotel gut stehen. Es ist einfach schon in die Jahre gekommen…

Es war nett, entspricht aber nicht unserem Bedürfnissen.
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut. Es war schön ruhig, obwohl es ja sehr zentral ist.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Wasserbett. Das war auch soweit gut. Was allerdings schade ist, dass es nur einen sehr kleinen Spiegel gibt, der zudem zum Schminken denkbar ungeeignet ist. An der Seite ist ein größerer Spiegel, allerdings ohne Licht. Und der Ganzkörperspiegel ist dunkel foliert, somit kann man hier auch nichts erkennen. Sollte man also etwas vor haben, bei dem Styling angesagt ist, ist das schon schwierig. 😉

Und ein 0,5 Liter Bier für 11€ finde ich auch zu teuer.

Pros:

Smukt hotel,- pænt og rent,- dejlig beliggenhed,- skønne Cocktail og lækkert mad.

Cons:

Har været der flere gange og de to sidste gange har jeg været skuffet over personale og snakkede med et par, der havde det på samme måde ,- virkelig trist..

Ein rundum außergewöhnliches Hotel mit besonders stilvollem Design, einem der besten Frühstücke.
Pros:

Ich habe schon viele Hotels erlebt – aber dieses hier war wirklich etwas Besonderes.
Schon beim Ankommen spürt man, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Das Design ist außergewöhnlich, stilvoll und gleichzeitig so angenehm, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück… ehrlich gesagt eines der schönsten und besten, die ich je hatte. Mit Ruhe, Qualität und einem Gefühl, als würde man sich selbst etwas Gutes tun.
Die Lage in Hamburg ist perfekt – zentral und doch so, dass man entspannt ankommt und die Stadt ganz leicht erkunden kann. Und was für mich den Unterschied macht: das Personal. So herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.

Wir sind positiv überrascht und mega zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage in Verbindung mit der Möglichkeit auf der Reeperbahn zu bummeln, der Stil und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind ein absolutes Top-Erlebnis. Die Zimmer haben uns positiv überrascht. Der Zugang von der Tiefgarage zu den Zimmern und zur Rezeption ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Ein- und Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage sind recht schmal. Nichts für ungeübte Fahrzeuglenker. Mit einem etwas größerem Fahrzeug sollte man nur bei gutem Raumgefühl einfahren, da sich alle Sensoren gleichzeitig melden und um Aufmerksamkeit betteln.
