Room given was big, well maintained.
Staff was very helpful in pointing me to places.
Cleaning staff was very polite

Cons:

Room was relatively clean, would be good if the bed was changed, I think it's too used.
WiFi can be very slow at times.

Pros:

The hotel has a good service , tasty and diverse breakfast, polite and always helpful team, clean and cozy rooms. It always small so nice in the corridors. All was great, and I will return with pleasure.

Pros:

Had a great stay at Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and everything you'd expect from a 5-star stay. Big shoutout to Zhou at the front desk—he was brilliant. Super friendly and helpful, and he kindly upgraded our room for my wife's birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was great too, and the espresso from the coffee machine was honestly one of the best I've had at any hotel. I was hoping to use the swimming pool, but our stay was too short. We'll definitely be back and make the most of the pool facilities next time. Overall, a great stay!
